昆明市户外运动发展现状及对策研究

【摘要】：改革开放30多年来越来越多的人过上了富裕的生活,人们开始更多关注自己的身体健康选择适合自己的锻炼活动,于是一种国外流行的健身方式被引入到中国,其就是包括,野外露营、野外登山、速降、攀岩、自行车等为一体的户外运动。昆明参加户外运动的人数和俱乐部的数量都逐年增长,如今已经发展为相当大的一个运动群体。本人主要运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对昆明市户外运动开展情况进行调查通过研究得出以下结论:1.昆明市户外运动发展较早但整体户外运动规模不大,户外市场划分相对明显,目前处于平稳发展阶段。按照开展的形式分为三块:群众性户外活动、户外拓展培训、户外赛事。开展的户外运动主要以山地户外运动为主开展的主要项目有登山、露营、丛林穿越、攀岩、定向越野、登山、自行车、漂流、烧烤露营、等危险级别较低的挑战性项目,公共户外运动设施还较少。2.昆明市的户外运动组织体系主要包括官方组织机构和民间组织机构,官方组织机构有云南登山户外运动协会和昆明登山探险协会,民间组织机构有民营非营利俱乐部、商业户外运动俱乐部、自发结社人群。3.昆明市户外活动和赛事开展情况乐观,主要以群众性的休闲健身活动为主,竞技性的户外赛事还较少,国际、国内大型户外赛事承办较少。4.昆明市户外运动参与者的年龄主要分布在36-45岁之间,男性明显多于女性,文化水平较高以本科学历为主,从事的职业主要为:企事业单位人员、公务员、和各类技术工作人员,收入中等偏上主要以月收入4000元以上为主,每个月参加1次活动的人数最多,每次花费大多数在200元以下。参加的时间基本上都在周末和节假日,参与的地点普遍以居住地周边为主,每次活动时间以1天内的短途为主。参加活动方式大多主要有商业俱乐部组织和爱好者自行网络邀约,参与活动的季节主要在春、夏、秋,冬天较少。大部分人是通过朋友介绍和网络参与到户外运动中,参与活动的主要目的是休息放松、消遣娱乐、健身、交友。5.昆明市户外运动发展中存在的问题有(1)政策法规落实困难(2)户外运动俱乐部资质不足(3)专业性户外运动俱乐部经营困惑(4)户外运动参与者培训不足(5)民间组织的无序化(6)户外运动的安全隐患问题(7)户外运动与旅游结合不明显。6.对昆明市户外运动的发展对策有(1)完善当地政策法规系建设和提高准入门槛(2)加强户外运动的宣传和培训(3)建立对民间由活动组织进行监管审批制度(4)以重庆武陵山为例开发轿子雪山户外旅游基地(5)联合昆明高校培养户外储备人才。
[Abstract]:More and more people have lived a rich life for more than 30 years of reform and opening up. People begin to pay more attention to their physical health and choose their own exercise. So a foreign popular fitness method is introduced into China, which includes outdoor sports including outdoor camping, mountain climbing, speed landing, rock climbing, and bicycles. The number of outdoor sports and the number of clubs are increasing year by year, and now it has developed into a large sports group. I mainly use literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and other research methods to investigate the development of outdoor sports in Kunming. The following conclusions are as follows: 1. the outdoor sports development in Kunming is early but the overall outdoor sports scale is not large, the outdoor market is divided relatively obviously and is at the stage of smooth development. According to the form, it is divided into three blocks: the mass outdoor activities, outdoor development training, outdoor events. The outdoor sports mainly carried out by the mountain outdoor sports mainly. The project includes mountaineering, camping, jungle crossing, rock climbing, orienteering, mountaineering, cycling, drifting, barbecue, barbecue and camping, such as low risk levels, and less public outdoor sports facilities.2. Kunming outdoor sports organizations mainly include official organization and civil organization, and the official organization of Yunnan mountaineering outdoors The Sports Association and the Kunming mountaineering and Exploration Association, the civil organization institutions have private non-profit clubs, commercial outdoor Sporting Club Hotel, the spontaneous association group.3. Kunming outdoor activities and events are optimistic, mainly in the mass of leisure fitness activities, competitive outside events, international, large outdoor competitions in the country.
