对北京部分高校拓展训练教师人才结构的调查研究

【摘要】:本课题从高校素质拓展课程能够得到可持续发展出发,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等方法,研究高校专业素质拓展训练教师人才结构应包含哪些构成要素,以及北京部分高校拓展训练教师现阶段所存在的一些问题与不足,为今后高校开设和普及拓展训练课程时引进素质拓展培训教师以及对素质拓展教师的培养提供一定的理论参考。研究得出以下结论: 1、拓展训练教师人才结构中有5个一级指标和28个二级指标,一级指标按重要性排序分别为知识结构、能力结构、资历结构、身心结构和品德结构。 2、知识结构4项指标中有3项指标都处在一般水平。表明北京高校拓展训练教师的专业知识掌握程度整体上还需提升。 3、拓展训练教师能力结构中共15项二级指标,其中有10项指标处于比较好及以上水平,说明北京市高校拓展训练教师能力结构整体水平还是比较好的。在急救能力、自我学习能力、个性感染力、科研能力以及项目的创新策划能力方面需要进一步的学习和提高。此外,教师要把项目的分享真正地放到平时的拓展训练课堂之中去。 4、在资历结构的指标中有2项指标处于比较好及以上水平,只有专业资格认证一项处于不好的水平,这需要国家出台相关的政府性文件,规定资格认证的内容与流程,完善拓展训练教师资格认证体系。 5、经统计分析后得出高校拓展训练教师身心结构3项指标都处于比较好及以上水平。 6、通过对高校拓展训练教师的品德结构各项指标的总结得出3项指标都处在比较好及以上水平。
[Abstract]:Based on the sustainable development of quality development courses in colleges and universities, this paper uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and so on, to study which elements should be included in the personnel structure of college professional quality development training teachers. As well as some problems and deficiencies existing in the extension training teachers of some universities in Beijing at the present stage. This paper provides a theoretical reference for the introduction of quality-oriented training teachers and the cultivation of quality-oriented extension teachers when colleges and universities set up and popularize the courses of expansion training in the future. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. There are 5 first-class indexes and 28 second-level indexes in the structure of extended training teachers, and the first-level indexes are respectively knowledge structure, ability structure and seniority structure according to importance. The structure of body and mind and moral character. 2. 3 of the 4 indexes of knowledge structure are in general level. The results show that the master degree of professional knowledge of the extension training teachers in Beijing colleges and universities needs to be improved on the whole. 3. There are 15 secondary indexes in the ability structure of the expanded training teachers, 10 of which are at a good level or above. It shows that the overall level of the ability structure of university extension training teachers in Beijing is better. Further learning and improvement are needed in the areas of first aid, self-learning, personality appeal, scientific research, and innovative planning of projects. In addition, teachers should really put the sharing of the project into the usual extended training class. 4. Among the indicators of seniority structure, two are at a relatively good level and above. Only one item of professional qualification certification is at a bad level. This requires the country to issue relevant government documents to specify the content and process of certification. 5. Through statistical analysis, it is concluded that the three indexes of physical and mental structure of college extension training teachers are at a good level and above. 6. Through expanding training in colleges and universities, it is concluded that the physical and mental structure of teachers in colleges and universities is at a relatively good level. 6. The conclusion of each index of teachers' moral character structure shows that the three indexes are better than others.
