贵阳市高校户外运动现状的调查研究

【摘要】:长期以来学校教育一直强调学生的主体性,但“教师讲学生听”的单向式教学使得教师成为主角,使学生成为学习过程的主体只停留在理论层面。寻求突破需要将教师的角色进行转变,尤其是要在教师和所“教的内容”之间的关系上进行转变。即学习内容要从由教师掌握的知识传输给学生变为学生体验活动项目的内涵所感悟:教学的形式要从“教师教学生听”转变为“学生做教室看”学习的结果要由间接获得的知识转变为直接结合间接经验获得的知识。学习过程在不同时间与不同地点上的变化,让学生在活动中主动感悟学习带来的刺激,于是户外运动活动本身就是“最好的老师”高校的体育课程一般都是在校内进行,很多综合类学校本身学生体育锻炼意识就不强,所以上体育课基本是他们的体育锻炼时间。随着05年以来学校的不断扩招,学生上体育课需要的场地也相应的增多。很多学校也出现了体育场地紧张的问题,同时也给大学生运动健身活动带来许多不便。久而久之,大学生也就失去了对体育锻炼的兴趣。为了尽快解决这个问题,可以将一部分学生进行相应户外运动教学,因为户外运动很多项目对场地的要求并不高,这样做从而可以缓解学生场地紧张的问题,另一方面也能让大学生体会到户外运动的诸多优点。 本文以贵州大学、贵州师范大学、贵阳医学院、贵州财经大学、贵州民族大学、贵阳中医学院、贵州师范学院、贵州警官职业学院、贵州职业技术学院、贵阳职业技术学院为例,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、观察法等研究法研究户外运动开展模式和内容,归纳总结贵阳高校户外课程存在的问题,最后进行户外运动教学发展对策研究。提出了将户外运动纳入高校体育课程;加大宣传力度,引起领导重视,,改变观念,制定落实相关政策;建立保障体系,加强安全教育,解除后顾之忧;加强师资建设,培养结构合理的师资队伍;加强体育经费的投入,重视户外运动设施的完善;开展高校户外运动俱乐部等对策与建议,为贵阳高校户外运动的开展提供参考意见。
[Abstract]:For a long time, school education has emphasized the subjectivity of students, but the one-way teaching of "teachers talk about listening to students" makes teachers become the protagonists, making students the main body of the learning process only at the theoretical level. Seeking a breakthrough requires a change in the teacher's role, especially in the relationship between the teacher and the "content" taught. That is, the learning content should be transferred from the knowledge acquired by the teacher to the students, and the meaning of the activity item should be realized: the form of teaching should be changed from "teachers teach students to listen" to "students do the classroom to see" the result of learning should be changed from "teachers teach students to listen" to "students do classroom see". Knowledge acquired indirectly is transformed into knowledge acquired directly in combination with indirect experience. The changes in the learning process at different times and in different places allow students to actively feel the excitement of learning in their activities, so that outdoor sports activities themselves are "the best teachers" the physical education courses in colleges and universities are generally conducted in schools. Many comprehensive schools do not have a strong sense of physical exercise, so physical education is basically their time for physical exercise. With the expansion of school enrollment since 2005, the number of venues required for physical education for students has increased accordingly. Many schools also have the problem of shortage of sports venues, but also bring a lot of inconvenience to college students' sports and fitness activities. Over time, college students also lost interest in physical exercise. In order to solve this problem as soon as possible, some students can be taught the corresponding outdoor sports, because many outdoor sports projects do not have high requirements on the field, so this can alleviate the problem of students' space tension. On the other hand, it can also let college students realize many advantages of outdoor sports. In this paper, Guizhou University, Guizhou normal University, Guiyang Medical College, Guizhou University of Finance and Economics, Guizhou University of nationalities, Guiyang College of traditional Chinese Medicine, Guizhou normal College, Guizhou Police officers Vocational College, Guizhou Vocational and Technical College, Guiyang Vocational and Technical College as an example, using literature, expert interviews, questionnaire, observation and other research methods to study outdoor sports development model and content, summed up Guiyang university outdoor curriculum problems, Finally, the development countermeasures of outdoor sports teaching are studied. The paper puts forward that the outdoor sports should be brought into the physical education curriculum of colleges and universities; the propaganda should be strengthened, the leaders should pay more attention to it, the ideas should be changed, the relevant policies should be formulated and implemented, the security system should be established, the safety education should be strengthened, and the construction of teachers should be strengthened. To train the teachers with reasonable structure; to strengthen the input of sports funds, to attach importance to the improvement of outdoor sports facilities; to develop university outdoor sports club and other countermeasures and suggestions, to provide reference for the development of Guiyang university outdoor sports.
