温州大罗山景区“农家乐”生态旅游发展研究

【摘要】：摘要：随着我国经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,人们的旅游消费观念和生活方式不断更新,“农家乐”作为一种新兴的旅游和休闲形式,在过去的几年时间里,得到迅猛发展,它不仅推动旅游业健康发展,同时在很大程度上也促进农村经济快速增长,推动新农村建设。随着“农家乐”的快速发展,各地的竞争也越来越大,游客对“农家乐”的要求和满意的标准也越来越高,这就要求在发展“农家乐”的过程中,不仅要考虑优美的自然风光、便捷的交通、舒适的娱乐环境等基础硬件设施,更要在提升“农家乐”服务水平等软环境上下功夫,注重“农家乐”多元化、个性化,以满足不同群体的需求。 本文以多地(多个主体)联合参与开发的温州大罗山“农家乐”生态旅游为研究样本,通过对其的资源条件、市场前景、开发模式等方面进行详细调查,同时,又从旅客满意度和“农家乐”经营户经营面临的问题和困难出发,设计发放“农家乐”顾客调查问卷和经营户调查问卷,通过对调查结果的研究分析,分析制约当前大罗山“农家乐”生态旅游发展的问题,提出推动大罗山“农家乐”发展的对策和建议,提高温州大罗山景区“农家乐”的市场竞争力。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, people's concept of tourism consumption and way of life are constantly updated. As a new form of tourism and leisure, "Nongjiayue" has been a new form of tourism and leisure in the past few years. With the rapid development, it not only promotes the healthy development of tourism, but also promotes the rapid growth of rural economy and the construction of new countryside to a great extent. With the rapid development of "Nongjiayue", the competition in various places is becoming more and more intense, and the requirements and satisfaction standards of tourists for "Nongjiayue" are becoming higher and higher. This requires that in the process of developing "Nongjiayue", not only the beautiful natural scenery should be taken into account. Convenient transportation, comfortable entertainment environment and other basic hardware facilities, we should pay more attention to the soft environment, such as improving the service level of "Nongjiale", pay attention to the diversification and individuation of "Nongjiale", in order to meet the needs of different groups. This paper takes "Nongjiale" ecotourism as the research sample, which is jointly developed by many places (many subjects), and makes a detailed investigation on its resource condition, market prospect, development model and so on, at the same time, Based on the satisfaction of tourists and the problems and difficulties faced by the management of "Nongjiale", the paper designs and distributes the "Nongjiale" customer questionnaire and the operating household questionnaire, and through the research and analysis of the survey results, This paper analyzes the problems restricting the development of "Nongjiale" ecotourism in Da Luo Mountain at present, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of "Nongjiayue" in Da Luo Mountain, so as to improve the market competitiveness of "Nongjiayue" in the scenic area of Daluo Mountain in Wenzhou.
