基于生态人文理念的湖泊型旅游度假区规划研究

【摘要】：我国是湖泊资源十分丰富的国家，随着旅游业向国民经济战略性支柱产业目标的迈进，湖泊型旅游度假区的开发建设成为了全国性热潮。然而，由于缺乏针对性强、科学系统的理论指导，作为我国度假区主体的湖泊型旅游度假区，在其开发建设中存在许多问题，主要表现在定位不准、开发无序、生态人文环境破坏等，严重地制约了湖泊型旅游度假区的发展。因此，进行可持续发展的湖泊型旅游度假区规划方法和实践研究成为一个重大而紧迫的课题。生态人文旅游的开发是实现湖泊型旅游度假区可持续发展的一条重要途径。本文对生态人文理念下的湖泊型旅游度假区规划的有关内容进行了研究和探讨，论文以湖泊型旅游度假区可持续发展为核心，依据生态人文旅游规划的内涵、目的、原则，结合湖泊型旅游度假区的特征，在深入研究生态人文理念下的湖泊型旅游度假区规划理论的基础上，提出了生态人文理念下的湖泊型旅游度假区规划的1212模式，即确定一个发展目标，，进行两个基本分析，做好一个产品体系设计，构建两个保障体系。本文通过对生态人文理念下的湖泊型旅游度假区规划的1212模式的深入研究，构建了生态人文理念下的湖泊型旅游度假区规划的方法体系；创设了湖泊型旅游度假区生态人文旅游资源评价的指标体系；建立了生态人文旅游资源模糊综合评价模型；初步提出了生态人文理念下的湖泊型旅游度假区规划的基础理论框架；构建了湖泊型旅游度假区生态人文旅游一体化管理模式；并创造性地将“旅游竞争力分析”纳入生态人文理念下的湖泊型旅游度假区规划调查与分析的内容，为指导我国湖泊型旅游度假区的开发与建设提供了有益的借鉴。根据各章节研究的内容，本论文采取了与之相契合的研究方法，包括模糊综合评价法，层次分析法，系统论方法，因子分析法，态势分析法，跨学科的研究方法，巴特勒生命周期模型理论等等。研究结果表明：（1）旅游需要规划；（2）生态人文旅游规划是实现湖泊型旅游度假区可持续发展的有效途径；（3）科学地评价和测定生态旅游环境承载力是湖泊型旅游度假区开发的关键；（4）生态人文理念下的湖泊型旅游度假区规划应采用一定的模式；（5）落后的少数民族地区应选择发展当地的特色文化来提高其旅游竞争力；（6）实施一体化管理模式是湖泊型度假区生态人文旅游资源得以可持续利用的保证。
[Abstract]:China is a country rich in lake resources. With the development of tourism to the strategic pillar industry goal of the national economy, the development and construction of lake tourism resorts has become a national upsurge. However, due to the lack of pertinence and theoretical guidance of scientific system, there are many problems in the development and construction of lake-type tourist resorts, which are the main body of resorts in our country. The destruction of ecological and humanistic environment has seriously restricted the development of lake-type tourist resorts. Therefore, it is an important and urgent task to study the planning method and practice of lake tourism resorts for sustainable development. The development of eco-humanistic tourism is an important way to realize the sustainable development of lake tourist resorts. This paper studies and discusses the planning of lake-type tourist resorts under the concept of ecological humanities. The paper takes the sustainable development of lake-type tourist resorts as the core, according to the connotation, purpose and principle of eco-humanistic tourism planning. Combined with the characteristics of lake-type tourist resorts, and on the basis of deeply studying the planning theory of lake-type tourist resorts under the concept of ecological humanities, this paper puts forward the 1212 model of the planning of lake-type tourist resorts under the concept of ecological humanism. That is, to determine a development goal, carry out two basic analysis, do a good job of a product system design, build two security systems. Based on the in-depth study of the 1212 model of the lake-type tourism resort planning under the concept of ecological humanities, this paper constructs the method system of the lake-type tourism resort planning under the eco-humanistic concept. The evaluation index system of eco-humanistic tourism resources in lake type tourist resorts is established, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of eco-humanistic tourism resources is established. The basic theoretical framework of the planning of lake tourism resorts under the concept of ecological humanities is put forward, and the integrated management mode of ecological and human tourism of lake type tourist resorts is constructed. And creatively bring "the analysis of tourism competitiveness" into the contents of the planning investigation and analysis of the lake type tourist resorts under the concept of ecological humanities, which provides a useful reference for guiding the development and construction of the lake type tourist resorts in China. According to the research content of each chapter, this paper adopts the research methods that fit in with it, including fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, analytic hierarchy process method, system theory method, factor analysis method, situation analysis method, interdisciplinary research method. Butler life cycle model theory and so on. The results show that: (1) tourism needs planning; (2) Eco-humanistic tourism planning is an effective way to realize the sustainable development of lake-type tourist resorts. (3) evaluating and measuring ecotourism environmental carrying capacity scientifically is the key to the development of lake-type tourist resorts, (4) the planning of lake-type tourist resorts under the concept of eco-humanities should adopt a certain model. (5) backward minority areas should choose to develop local characteristic culture to improve their tourism competitiveness, (6) the implementation of integrated management mode is the guarantee of sustainable utilization of ecological and human tourism resources in lake resorts.
