沈阳市光辉现代农业示范区休闲农业发展战略研究

【摘要】：休闲农业作为农业经济和旅游产业的重要组成部分,将农业和旅游业有机的结合起来,以农业生产为基础,利用农业自然环境、田园景观、农业生产经营、农耕民俗文化等资源,通过科学开发与规划设计,具备优质农产品产销、休闲观光、农事体验、示范教育等功能的农业综合经营产业。随着绿色生态理念增强和居民消费水平提升,沈阳市休闲农业已经步入快速发展、提质跨越的新阶段。沈阳市光辉现代农业示范区是沈阳市休闲农业发展步伐较快,成效相对明显的地区。该示范区具备丰富的自然、生态、特色农业产业等得天独厚的发展休闲农业的优势,是符合沈阳市休闲农业实际需求的国家级现代农业示范园区。对该示范区休闲农业战略发展的研究,旨在将现代休闲农业与东北大学MBA所学的知识相结合,探索出一条适合现代休闲农业健康发展的道路,进而探索出一整套适合沈阳市休闲农业的,持续、稳固、高效的科学发展体系。与此同时,促进现代农业和农村经济的发展,调整经济产业结构,推进城乡一体化建设,全面改善农村生态环境,吸引国内外资金投向现代农业发展,带动基层农村相关产业发展,转移农村剩余劳动力,最终实现农民增收致富。本文从战略基本理论和沈阳市休闲农业发展现状入手,结合了沈阳市光辉现代农业示范区休闲农业的内部发展潜力和外部发展环境,通过PEST模型和SWOT模型进行分析。综合分析后对沈阳市光辉现代农业示范区休闲农业发展战略和实施方案提出了建议。通过本文的研究不仅为沈阳市光辉现代农业示范区休闲农业的发展提供了方向,而且对沈阳市休闲农业发展也具有重要的理论和现实意义。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture, as an important part of agricultural economy and tourism industry, combines agriculture and tourism organically, takes agricultural production as the foundation, utilizes agricultural natural environment, pastoral landscape, agricultural production and management. Agricultural folklore culture and other resources, through scientific development and planning and design, with the production and marketing of high-quality agricultural products, leisure tourism, agricultural experience, demonstration education and other functions of comprehensive agricultural management industry. With the enhancement of green ecological concept and the improvement of residents' consumption level, Shenyang's leisure agriculture has entered a new stage of rapid development and leapfrogging. Shenyang Guangming modern agricultural demonstration area is a rapid development of leisure agriculture in Shenyang, the results are relatively obvious. The demonstration area has the advantages of abundant nature, ecology and characteristic agriculture industry to develop leisure agriculture. It is a national modern agricultural demonstration park that meets the actual demand of Shenyang leisure agriculture. The study on the strategic development of leisure agriculture in this demonstration area is aimed at combining modern leisure agriculture with the knowledge learned by MBA of Northeast University, and exploring a road suitable for the healthy development of modern leisure agriculture. A set of sustainable, stable and efficient scientific development system suitable for Shenyang leisure agriculture is explored. At the same time, we should promote the development of modern agriculture and rural economy, readjust the economic industrial structure, promote the integration of urban and rural areas, comprehensively improve the rural ecological environment, and attract domestic and foreign funds to invest in the development of modern agriculture. Drive the development of grass-roots rural related industries, transfer rural surplus labor, and ultimately achieve income enrichment. Starting with the basic theory of strategy and the present situation of leisure agriculture development in Shenyang, this paper combines the internal development potential and external development environment of leisure agriculture in Shenyang Guangming modern agricultural demonstration area, and analyzes it through PEST model and SWOT model. After comprehensive analysis, the development strategy and implementation scheme of leisure agriculture in Xianghuanmeng Agricultural demonstration District of Shenyang City are put forward. The research in this paper not only provides a direction for the development of leisure agriculture in Shenyang Guangming modern agricultural demonstration area, but also has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of Shenyang leisure agriculture.
