泸州酒文化旅游开发研究

【摘要】:在旅游业快速发展的时期,伴随人们需求层次的变化,文化旅游已成为当今旅游开发的一大热点。泸州的酒文化拥有良好的自然、历史和人文条件,景观遗址丰富璀璨,而今又正处旅游发展的大好时机,将酒文化与旅游融合开发出泸州独特的酒文化旅游,将实现文化业和旅游业的繁荣。本文通过对泸州酒文化生长脉络进行解读,运用实证研究的方法,,将泸州的酒历史、酒文化、酒景观、酒产业全面融入到城市格局之中,以此提高泸州酒文化的影响力,促进“中国酒城”主题旅游的发展,塑造城市的文化品牌,提升城市的竞争力。 全文分为五个章节进行阐述和分析: 首先,本文第一章绪论首先对论文研究背景进行具体有针对性地分析,再通过对国内外酒文化旅游研究现状进行综述和分析,得出本文研究目的、创新之处和拟解决的关键问题; 其次,本文第二章是对酒文化旅游整体的概述。先对酒文化四个层面进行描述,然后通过对酒文化与旅游的相关分析,得出酒文化旅游发展的背景和意义,再对世界酒文化和我国酒文化旅游开发类型进行总结与分析,为下文泸州酒文化旅游的开发做好知识铺垫; 再次,本文第三章和第四章是本文研究的主体部分,对泸州酒文化旅游实证研究分析,重点对泸州酒文化旅游以及当地知名白酒企业的旅游现状进行分析,在实际基础上挖掘泸州酒文化资源价值和文化内涵,提出让泸州酒文化与城市格局整合的开发对策,并做出未来开发的展望; 最后,本文第五章主要是说明了本文研究的结论和成果,以及其中存在的局限和不足。希望本文的研究对中国酒文化步向世界酒文化的高度以及对酒文化的挖掘和影响有所指导建议。
[Abstract]:In the period of rapid development of tourism, cultural tourism has become a hot spot in tourism development along with the change of people's demand level. Luzhou's wine culture has good natural, historical and cultural conditions, rich landscape sites, and now is a good opportunity for tourism development, the combination of wine culture and tourism to develop Luzhou's unique wine culture tourism. Will realize the prosperity of cultural industry and tourism. In this paper, the growth of Luzhou wine culture was interpreted, and the influence of Luzhou wine culture was improved by integrating Luzhou's wine history, wine culture, wine landscape and wine industry into the urban pattern. Promote the development of "China Wine City" theme tourism, shape the city's cultural brand, and enhance the city's competitiveness. The full text is divided into five chapters to elaborate and analyze: first, the first chapter of this paper is an introduction to the background of the paper specific and targeted analysis, and then through the domestic and foreign wine culture tourism research status quo is summarized and analyzed. The purpose, innovation and key problems to be solved are obtained. Secondly, the second chapter is an overview of the overall wine culture tourism. This paper first describes the four levels of wine culture, then through the correlation analysis of wine culture and tourism, draws the background and significance of the development of wine culture tourism, and then summarizes and analyzes the world wine culture and the types of wine culture tourism development in China. The third and fourth chapters of this paper are the main part of this study, Luzhou wine culture tourism empirical research analysis, The present situation of Luzhou wine culture tourism and local famous liquor enterprises is analyzed, the value and connotation of Luzhou wine culture resources are excavated on the basis of reality, and the development countermeasures for the integration of Luzhou wine culture and urban pattern are put forward. Finally, the fifth chapter mainly explains the conclusions and achievements of this paper, as well as its limitations and shortcomings. It is hoped that the research in this paper will be helpful to the development and influence of Chinese wine culture towards the world.
