桂林旅游产业集群化研究

【摘要】:随着人们生活水平的不断提高,用在旅游方面的花费也在不断增长,旅游消费成为国民经济发展新的推动力。《国务院关于加快发展旅游业的意见》中指出:“把旅游业培育成国民经济的战略性支柱产业”。旅游产业作为一项战略性产业,能源消耗低,关联性强,就业机会多,综合效益好等特点,无形中促进地区产业集群形成。桂林作为知名旅游城市,拥有独特以及丰富多样的旅游资源,促使旅游业成为桂林的主导产业,并且具备形成旅游产业集群的先天优势。产业集群是提升区域旅游业竞争力的有效模式,毋容置疑,桂林旅游经济发展实力非常强劲,但是具体产业集群化如何一直是外界关注桂林旅游业的焦点。本论文在文献分析的基础上,运用基础理论知识和数理模型,识别桂林旅游产业集群以及与形成旅游产业集群较典型的城市比较,提出桂林旅游产业集群化发展存在的问题,寻找适合桂林旅游产业集群发展的路径。研究结果表明:桂林旅游产业集群化较明显,对其他产业的发展有推动作用,但是还存在集群化程度不够成熟、网络不完整的特征;另外,与国内旅游产业集群化典型的城市比较中,桂林旅游产业竞争力处于劣势地位。论文的主要研究思路及观点如下: 首先,识别桂林旅游产业集群。桂林旅游资源丰富,旅游活动涉及吃、住、行、游、购、娱旅游活动中的六部门,构成了旅游产业的链条式发展,产业集群越来越明显。旅游业作为桂林的主导产业,保持着良好的经济发展势头,具体产业集群化如何一直是外界关注桂林旅游业的焦点。研究产业集群相关内容必须以识别产业集群为前提。对此,文章运用EXCEL软件,利用区位商的测度和灰色关联分析法分别对桂林旅游产业的空间集聚现状以及旅游产业与相关产业之间的关联性进行分析,从而识别桂林旅游产业集群形态。 其次,与旅游产业集群化较典型的城市比较。在当今国际和国内环境较为复杂的情况下,桂林旅游业既面临着发展机遇,也面临着威胁与挑战。近年来,随着政府对旅游业的不断重视,全国各地的旅游业蓬勃发展,桂林旅游业正在面临着激烈的竞争市场,处于不进则退、慢进也是退的竞争环境。产业集群是区域旅游业竞争力提升的有效模式。对此,文章运用SPSS软件,利用主成分分析法分析桂林旅游产业在国内旅游城市中的竞争力水平,进而更全面详细的分析桂林旅游产业集群化的现状,以找出问题。 再次,针对桂林旅游产业集群化存在的问题,提出相应地对策。第一,非基本旅游消费是衡量国家或地区旅游业发展水平的指标,因此,优化旅游消费结构,加强非基本旅游消费项目。第二,旅游活动涉及的行业较多,必须增强旅游产业与其他产业的关联性,优化产业链。第三,产业融合产生新的旅游产品,成为旅游产业发展新的战略,为旅游业及相关产业提供了新的发展空间。第四,旅游产业集群化对基础设施提出了高要求,桂林基础设施较为薄弱,必须改善基础设施条件。另外,旅游品牌会影响旅游业的整体发展,因此,需实施集群品牌战略。第五,实证研究表明,城市型旅游产业集群的竞争力更强,桂林可凭借具有超强吸引力资源优势,不断开发和设计城市型旅游产品,实行城市型旅游产业集群发展模式。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the expenditure on tourism is also increasing, and tourism consumption has become a new impetus for the development of national economy. Guilin, as a famous tourist city, has unique and rich tourism resources, which makes the tourism industry become the leading industry in Guilin and has the innate advantages of forming tourism industry clusters. Guilin is an effective model to enhance the competitiveness of regional tourism industry. There is no doubt that Guilin's tourism economic development is very strong, but how the specific industrial cluster has been the focus of external attention to Guilin's tourism industry. Compared with the typical cities that form the tourism industry clusters, this paper puts forward the problems existing in the development of Guilin's tourism industry clusters and tries to find the suitable path for the development of Guilin's tourism industry clusters. In addition, Guilin's tourism industry competitiveness is at a disadvantage compared with the typical cities of tourism industry cluster in China.
First of all, Guilin tourism industry cluster is identified. Guilin is rich in tourism resources, tourism activities involve food, shelter, travel, travel, purchase, entertainment tourism activities in the six sectors, constitute the chain of tourism industry development, industrial clusters are becoming more and more obvious. What has always been the focus of attention to Guilin's tourism industry? To study the relevant contents of industrial clusters must be based on the identification of industrial clusters. To this end, this paper uses EXCEL software, location quotient measurement and grey relational analysis to analyze the spatial agglomeration status of Guilin's tourism industry and the correlation between tourism industry and related industries. Then we can identify the form of Guilin tourism industrial cluster.
Secondly, compared with the typical cities in which the tourism industry is clustered, Guilin's tourism industry is faced with both opportunities and threats and challenges under the complicated international and domestic environment. Industry cluster is an effective mode to enhance the competitiveness of regional tourism. In this paper, the author uses SPSS software, principal component analysis method to analyze the competitiveness of Guilin tourism industry in domestic tourism cities, and then more comprehensive and detailed analysis of Guilin tourism industry. The status quo of clustering is to identify problems.
First, non-basic tourism consumption is an index to measure the development level of national or regional tourism. Therefore, the structure of tourism consumption should be optimized and non-basic tourism consumption items should be strengthened. Second, tourism activities involve more industries, and tourism industry and its development must be strengthened. Thirdly, industrial convergence produces new tourism products and becomes a new strategy for the development of tourism industry, providing new development space for tourism and related industries. Fourthly, tourism industry clustering puts forward high requirements for infrastructure, Guilin infrastructure is weak, and infrastructure conditions must be improved. In addition, tourism brand will affect the overall development of tourism, so it is necessary to implement cluster brand strategy. Fifth, empirical research shows that the competitiveness of urban tourism industry cluster is stronger. Guilin can develop and design urban tourism products and implement the development model of urban tourism industry cluster by virtue of its super attractive resources.
