福州市旅游竞争力评价研究

【摘要】:在全球经济活动中旅游业是发展较快的行业,城市旅游是现代旅游的重要组成部分,随着旅游业对经济发展贡献日益突出,许多城市将旅游业作为战略产业或支柱产业加以培育,城市旅游竞争愈加激烈。本文运用旅游学、经济学等多学科知识,界定了城市旅游、城市竞争力、城市旅游竞争力等基本概念,借鉴竞争力有关评价模型与研究方法,选取合适的评价指标,从旅游业发展业绩、旅游竞争潜力、旅游环境支持力等方面建立城市旅游竞争力综合评价体系,采用层次分析法,对福州市的旅游竞争力进行评价研究,通过比较分析认为:福州城市旅游综合竞争力在东部沿海五省会中处于中等水平,位列第三。杭州、南京两市城市旅游综合竞争力最强,分别位列第一、第二位。福州城市旅游竞争优势是旅游资源条件丰富、城市自然条件优越,其劣势是缺乏旅游技术人才、旅游经济环境支持力差。针对以上情形,本文提出提升福州城市旅游竞争力的策略:其一,结合政府、企业的力量扶持旅游业的发展;其二,加强旅游宣传促销力度;其三,加强旅游资源整合与创新,实行品牌发展战略;其四,提高福州市经济的发展水平,改善旅游业发展环境;其五,加强协同竞争与有限合作的竞争理念;其六,完善基础设施建设,加强环境保护;其七,加强旅游人才的培养。
[Abstract]:In the global economic activities, tourism is a rapidly developing industry, urban tourism is an important part of modern tourism, with the increasing contribution of tourism to economic development, Many cities cultivate tourism as a strategic industry or pillar industry, and the competition of urban tourism becomes more and more fierce. Based on the knowledge of tourism and economics, this paper defines the basic concepts of urban tourism, urban competitiveness, urban tourism competitiveness and so on. The comprehensive evaluation system of urban tourism competitiveness is established from the aspects of tourism development performance, tourism competition potential, tourism environment support and so on, and the evaluation of Fuzhou's tourism competitiveness is carried out by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Through comparative analysis, it is concluded that the comprehensive competitiveness of Fuzhou city tourism is at the middle level in the five provincial capitals of the eastern coast, ranking third. Hangzhou, Nanjing two cities tourism comprehensive competitiveness is the strongest, respectively ranked first and second. Fuzhou's competitive advantage in tourism is rich in tourism resources, superior in urban natural conditions, and its disadvantage lies in the lack of technical talents in tourism and the poor supporting power of tourism economic environment. In view of the above situation, this paper puts forward strategies to enhance the competitiveness of Fuzhou city tourism: first, combining the government, enterprises to support the development of tourism; second, strengthen the promotion of tourism publicity; third, strengthen the integration and innovation of tourism resources. Implement brand development strategy; fourth, improve Fuzhou's economic development level and improve tourism development environment; fifth, strengthen the competitive concept of coordinated competition and limited cooperation; sixth, improve infrastructure construction and strengthen environmental protection; seventh, We will strengthen the training of tourism talents.
