TQL旅游公司管理人员胜任力提升培训方案设计

【摘要】:旅游业是一个劳动密集型产业,旅行社作为旅游业的龙头,十年间得到了飞速发展。就以广州旅游市场为例,截止2011年9月份,共有大小174家旅行社。2013年广州接待游客1.52亿人次,旅游业总收入2202.39亿元。由此也就不难看出旅游业在中国的竞争是非常激烈的。如何在激烈的竞争环境中,使得企业立于不败之地,关键在于旅行企业的管理者的素质高低,也就是说管理者胜任能力直接决定企业的管理水平,管理水平直接关系企业存亡。为提高管理人员胜任力,增强旅游企业的竞争力和持续发展能力,就必须加强对管理人员的培训,改变培训方法,加强管理观念的转变,提高管理技能,补充管理知识,继而提升管理人员的胜任力。 随着市场发展,市场对旅游需求越来越大,造成很多企业降低门槛,招聘大量低素质的员工,导致员工素质参差不齐,这也是造成旅游企业管理人员胜任力低下的一个原因。管理人员的沟通能力、协调能力等能力的形成需要时间的积累,这就要求旅游企业全面提高管理人员综合素质,提升其胜任力,使其更具国际化、信息化视野,培养与时俱进的创新思维,在学习行业其他企业先进管理经验的同时要快速内化,以形成富有企业特色的核心竞争力。基于以上因素,本文选取国内旅游企业代表TQL旅游公司作为代表,分析其在提升管理人员胜任力的培训方案,阐述其培训问题所在,并针对问题提出完善培训管理的建议,希望以此提升TQL旅游公司管理人员胜任力,并能带给其他同行企业启发和思考。 本文共分为六章。第一章是绪论,简要介绍本文研究的背景和意义,以及文章的研究思路及方法;第二章是文献综述,阐述本文写作过程中所参考胜任力理论和培训理论;第三章是TQL旅游公司管理人员胜任力现状分析;第四章是TQL旅游公司管理人员胜任力培训问题诊断分析;第五章提出了TQL旅游公司管理人员胜任力提升培训方案,针对TQL公司的实际情况,提出符合实际的培训内容和培训形式;第六章则提出了一些保障培训能够顺利实施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:Tourism is a labor-intensive industry, travel agencies as the leading tourism industry, has been rapid development in ten years. Take Guangzhou's tourism market as an example. As of September 2011, there were 174 travel agencies of all sizes. In 2013, Guangzhou received 152 million tourists and earned 220.239 billion yuan in total tourism revenue. Thus it is not difficult to see that the competition of tourism in China is very fierce. How to make the enterprise in an invincible position in the fierce competition environment, the key lies in the quality of the manager of the travel enterprise, that is to say, the competence of the manager directly determines the management level of the enterprise, and the management level is directly related to the survival of the enterprise. In order to improve the competence of managers and enhance the competitiveness and sustainable development of tourism enterprises, it is necessary to strengthen the training of managers, change training methods, strengthen the change of management concepts, improve management skills and supplement management knowledge. This in turn enhances the competence of managers. With the development of the market, the market needs more and more tourism, resulting in a lot of enterprises reduce the threshold, recruit a large number of low-quality staff, leading to uneven quality of staff, which is also a reason for the low competence of tourism enterprise managers. It takes time to accumulate the ability of communication and coordination of managers, which requires tourism enterprises to improve the comprehensive quality of managers, enhance their competence, and make them more international and information-based. In order to develop the innovative thinking of keeping pace with the times and learn from the advanced management experience of other enterprises in the industry, it is necessary to internalize quickly, so as to form the core competitiveness with the characteristics of enterprises. Based on the above factors, this paper selects TQL as the representative of domestic tourism enterprises, analyzes its training programs in enhancing the competence of managers, expounds the training problems, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the training management. Hope to improve the TQL tourism company management competency, and can bring other peer enterprises inspiration and thinking. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, briefly introduces the background and significance of this study, as well as the research ideas and methods, the second chapter is a literature review, describing the competency theory and training theory in the process of writing. The third chapter is the TQL tourism company management competency analysis, the fourth chapter is the TQL tourism company managers competency training diagnosis and analysis; The fifth chapter puts forward the TQL tourism company management personnel competency enhancement training program, according to the actual situation of the TQL company, put forward the training content and training form in line with the reality; The sixth chapter puts forward some safeguard measures which can be carried out smoothly.
