西安曲江新区旅游厕所游客满意度调查研究

【摘要】：旅游厕所作为游客游玩中不可缺少的服务设施,既是旅游公共服务水平高低的直接体现,也是一个地区旅游业实力的标志。本文以国家5A级文化产业示范园区西安曲江新区为例,通过对旅游厕所的实地问卷调研和深度访谈,基于游客满意度,浅析了游客对曲江新区旅游厕所的感知评价,并提出合理性的建议。
[Abstract]:As an indispensable service facility, tourist toilet is not only a direct embodiment of the level of tourism public service, but also a symbol of the strength of a region's tourism industry. Taking Qujiang New District of Xi'an as an example, based on the satisfaction of tourists, this paper analyzes the perception and evaluation of tourist toilets in Qujiang New area, based on tourist satisfaction. And put forward reasonable suggestion.
