青岛市旅游服务贸易竞争力评价研究

【摘要】:在全球范围内,各个国家都在对经济结构进行调整,中国作为资源、经济和人口大国在当今世界形势下难以置身事外。旅游服务业作为当今产业中的战略性支柱型产业,所发挥的战略作用和对国民经济所起的影响都在不断增强,成长为国民经济新的增长点。于青岛市而言,青岛市作为闻名中外的旅游城市,旅游产业自然在其国民经济中所起到的作用是其他产业难以比拟的,通过旅游服务业来提升青岛市旅游产业在中国乃至世界的地位,同时促进国民经济的发展,这为青岛市未来几十年经济的发展提供了一条可行的道路,同时也给青岛市的发展带来巨大的挑战。从旅游服务贸易的领域来看,在经济较为发达、对外交通较为便利的地区,其旅游服务贸易在该地区所具有的比较优势较为明显。我国旅游产业发展虽然短短的30年,但是旅游发展的态势与其他国家相比属于后来居上者,我国所具有的接待外来旅游者的能力在2020年将达到1.3亿,占世界国际旅游服务市场份额的8%;青岛市作为我国著名的滨海旅游城市,经济发展水平较高,所具备的旅游资源极为丰富,旅游产业发展水平较高,能够接待大量的外来游客。青岛市目前的主要任务就是将现有的旅游资源、能力优势全部转化为旅游服务贸易竞争力,才能在未来的一段时间内实现旅游服务贸易的快速发展。现阶段,对于城市、地区以及国家旅游服务贸易竞争力研究的理论较为全面,旅游服务贸易的相关的理论应用于青岛市旅游服务贸易的发展过程中,将能够为旅游服务业的发展提供理论支持,同时为旅游服务贸易的发展提供智力支撑,为其以后的发展提供一条完整的思路。 本文运用市场占有率理论、显示性比较优势理论和竞争优势指数理论等对青岛市旅游服务贸易竞争力进行客观、综合的评价。首先采用波特的钻石模型对青岛市旅游服务贸易竞争力的影响因素进行了系统的分析,,对能够影响青岛市旅游服务贸易竞争力水平的各项指标进行分类和整理,然后根据相关理论的评价原则和方法,从指标入手对青岛市旅游服务贸易竞争力的发展水平进行探讨。采用定性和定量相结合的方法,尽可能客观、准确、全面的去评价青岛市旅游服务贸易竞争力的发展水平,从具体的方面入手,根据其评价结果,从政府、企业、个人的角度为青岛市旅游服务贸易的发展提供建议和指导。
[Abstract]:On a global scale, every country is adjusting its economic structure. China, as a resource, has a large economy and a large population, which is difficult to keep out of the current world situation. Tourism service industry as a strategic pillar industry in the industry, the strategic role and the impact on the national economy are constantly increasing, growing into a new growth point of the national economy. As far as Qingdao is concerned, as a famous tourist city at home and abroad, the tourism industry naturally plays a role in its national economy that other industries cannot match. Through the tourism service industry to enhance the status of Qingdao tourism industry in China and even the world, while promoting the development of the national economy, which provides a feasible way for the economic development of Qingdao in the coming decades. At the same time, it also brings great challenges to the development of Qingdao. In the field of tourism service trade, the comparative advantage of tourism service trade is obvious in the areas where the economy is more developed and the external transportation is more convenient. Although China's tourism industry has developed for a short period of 30 years, the trend of tourism development in China, compared with other countries, belongs to the laggard. The ability of our country to receive foreign tourists will reach 130 million in 2020. Accounting for 8% of the world market share of international tourism services; As a famous coastal tourism city in China, Qingdao has a high level of economic development, rich tourism resources and a high level of tourism industry, and can receive a large number of foreign tourists. At present, the main task of Qingdao is to transform the existing tourism resources and capability advantages into the competitiveness of tourism service trade, in order to realize the rapid development of tourism service trade in a period of time in the future. At present, the theories on the competitiveness of tourism service trade in cities, regions and countries are relatively comprehensive, and the related theories of tourism service trade are applied to the development of tourism service trade in Qingdao. It will be able to provide theoretical support for the development of tourism service industry, intellectual support for the development of tourism service trade, and a complete train of thought for its future development. This paper makes an objective and comprehensive evaluation on the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Qingdao by using the theory of market share, the theory of display comparative advantage and the theory of competitive advantage index. Firstly, using Porter's diamond model to analyze the influencing factors of Qingdao's tourism service trade competitiveness, classifying and sorting out the indexes that can influence the level of Qingdao's tourism service trade competitiveness. Then, according to the evaluation principles and methods of relevant theories, this paper discusses the development level of Qingdao tourism service trade competitiveness from indicators. With the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, to evaluate the development level of Qingdao tourism service trade competitiveness as objectively, accurately and comprehensively as possible, starting from the specific aspects, according to its evaluation results, from the government, enterprises, Personal perspective for the development of tourism services trade in Qingdao to provide advice and guidance.
