温州市休闲观光农业发展的现状和对策

【摘要】：随着休闲观光农业旅游的迅猛发展,人们对休闲观光农业重要意义认识的进一步加深,游客对旅游的环境安全更为重视,对观光农业的娱乐项目也提出了更高的要求。因此,研究休闲观光农业的发展具有十分重要的意义。基于此,本研究首先对休闲观光农业的涵义进行了界定,确定了休闲观光农业发展的理论基础,并且充分利用这一理论基础对温州市休闲观光农业发展情况进行了调查、分析与研究。本文首先在休闲观光农业的概念及辨析的基础上分析了休闲观光农业的特点以及作用,结合休闲观光农业的理论基础对白云山农业观光园这一典型个案进行研究,并针对其存在的问题提出相应的解决措施。然后介绍了温州市休闲观光农业发展现状,找出其在发展过程中存在牺牲环境,获取短期经济利益;宣传力度不强,没有打造知名品牌;主题创意欠佳,设计缺乏文化底蕴;发展形式单一,没有形成农业产业链;组织规划不足,组织管理缺乏科学性;经营者素质不高,缺乏专业素养培训等一系列问题。在借鉴国内外先进的经验的基础上提出改善温州市休闲观光农业发展的对策:注重保护,坚持可持续发展战略;加强宣传力度,打造提升品牌知名度;发挥创意思维,主题设计融入文化底蕴;丰富发展形式,竭力打造农业产业链;科学合理规划,加大政策支持力度;针对导游开展专业培训,提升专业素养;加强市场需求调查,优化发展模式等,以期对我国休闲观光农业的未来发展有一定的参考作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of leisure and sightseeing agricultural tourism, people have a deeper understanding of the significance of leisure and sightseeing agriculture, and tourists pay more attention to the environmental security of tourism, and put forward higher requirements for recreational projects of sightseeing agriculture. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the development of leisure and sightseeing agriculture. Based on this, this study first defines the meaning of leisure and sightseeing agriculture, determines the theoretical basis of the development of leisure and sightseeing agriculture, and makes full use of this theoretical basis to investigate the development of leisure tourism agriculture in Wenzhou. Analysis and research. This paper first analyzes the characteristics and functions of leisure and sightseeing agriculture on the basis of the concept and discrimination of leisure and sightseeing agriculture, and studies the typical case of Baiyun Mountain Agricultural sightseeing Park combined with the theoretical basis of leisure and sightseeing agriculture. And in view of its existence question proposed the corresponding solution measure. Then it introduces the present situation of leisure and sightseeing agriculture in Wenzhou, finds out that there are sacrificial environment and short-term economic benefits in the process of development; the propaganda is not strong and no famous brand has been built; the theme creativity is poor, and the design lacks cultural details. A series of problems such as lack of organization planning, lack of scientific organization management, lack of quality of managers and lack of training of professional literacy, etc. Based on the advanced experience at home and abroad, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the development of leisure and sightseeing agriculture in Wenzhou: pay attention to protection, adhere to the strategy of sustainable development, strengthen propaganda, create and enhance brand awareness; Give full play to creative thinking, theme design into cultural heritage; enrich the form of development, strive to create an agricultural industrial chain; scientific and rational planning, increase policy support; carry out professional training for tour guides, improve professional literacy; To strengthen the market demand investigation and optimize the development mode are expected to be helpful to the future development of leisure and sightseeing agriculture in China.
