东极岛民宿业发展研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着海岛旅游业的兴盛,海岛民宿业逐渐上升为海岛旅游一大经典品牌,但是要实现行业长期可持续发展,任务仍十分艰巨。基于当前普陀区东极岛海岛民宿业发展现状、存在的问题和面临的发展困境,必须从明确主管部门、健全管理体系;强化基础设施、完备防范措施;健全准入机制、调整审批门槛;健全法律制度、严格依法办事;创新管理模式、促进行业自治着手,规范海岛民宿业的整体管理。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the prosperity of island tourism, the island residential industry has gradually become a classic brand of island tourism, but in order to achieve long-term sustainable development of the industry, the task is still very arduous. Based on the present situation, problems and difficulties in the development of Dongji Island, Putuo District, it is necessary to make clear the department in charge, perfect the management system, strengthen the infrastructure, and improve the preventive measures. We should perfect the admission mechanism, adjust the threshold of examination and approval, improve the legal system, strictly handle affairs according to law, innovate the management mode, promote the autonomy of the industry, and standardize the overall management of the island lodging industry.
