韩国医疗观光代理企业创业模型及应用研究

【摘要】:创业模型是创业管理的重要基本理论模型,目前国内外的不同学者对创业模型都进行了深入的研究,创业涉及到的部分方方面面,创学学模型就像是一块基石一样,韩国是个资源有限的国家,只能靠着第三产业的发展来增强国家整体实力,但韩国的命脉太过于核心,,仅仅局限于几个大的集团支持国家的第三产业,因此韩国近几年加大对第三产业的发展,效仿泰国发展旅游业,但是自然环境资源不够丰富,所以大力推广了医疗观光,近几年加大了对医疗观光体系的完善和力度,由于医疗观光事业的大力发展,随之出现了很多代理公司,代理公司的出现在一定程度上帮助的政府推医疗观光事业的推广,但有很多代理公司开了不不长就面临经营不下去的问题,其核心原因就是在创业初期没有合理的开始,管理出现问题。经过调查研究大部分规模已经交代的代理企业运用的全部都是蒂蒙斯模型,但蒂蒙斯模型距离韩国的环境还有一定距离,需要一定的改进,例如,蒂蒙斯模型更适用于西方国家,但韩国是一个亚洲国家,蒂蒙斯模型并不是完全适用,蒂蒙斯模型更适用于传统的商业模式不适用于代理商业模式。蒂蒙斯模型本身是为了传统的商业模式,生产、批发、代理、销售,中间环节比较多所以要考虑的东西比较多,那么在这样的情况下,本文根据改进后的模型进行了了对韩国现有的医疗观光代理企业对现状进行了研究,提出了产生问题的原因及结果,并对根据现有的情况进行了改进,并且模型如何改进成对韩国医疗观光代理企业比较适用的模型,根据研究的结果对模型进行分析,可以给其他想建立韩国医疗观光代理企业,或者类似想建立代理企业的个人或团队予以借鉴。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurship model is an important basic theory model of entrepreneurship management. At present, different scholars at home and abroad have done in-depth research on entrepreneurship model. South Korea is a country with limited resources and can only rely on the development of the tertiary industry to enhance the overall strength of the country. However, the lifeline of South Korea is too central and is limited to a few large groups supporting the country's tertiary industry. Therefore, in recent years, South Korea has stepped up the development of the tertiary industry, imitating Thailand's development of tourism, but the natural environment is not rich enough, so it has vigorously promoted medical tourism, and in recent years has increased its efforts to improve and strengthen the medical tourism system. As a result of the vigorous development of the medical tourism industry, there have been many agency companies, which have helped the government to promote the medical tourism industry to a certain extent. However, many agency companies are faced with the problem of not running for a long time, the core reason is that there is no reasonable start in the initial stage of business, and management problems occur. After investigation and research, most of the agents that have already been accounted for in scale are using the Timmons model. However, the Timmons model is still far from the Korean environment and needs to be improved. For example, Timmons model is more suitable for western countries, but Korea is an Asian country, Timmons model is not completely applicable, Timmons model is more suitable for traditional business model, not for agency business model. The Timmons model itself is for traditional business models, production, wholesale, agency, sales, more intermediate links, so there are more things to consider, so in this case, Based on the improved model, this paper studies the current situation of medical tourism agents in South Korea, puts forward the causes and results of the problems, and improves the existing situation. And how to improve the model into a more suitable model for Korean medical tourism agents, according to the results of the study to analyze the model, can give other want to establish medical tourism agents in Korea, Or similar to want to set up agency enterprises of individuals or teams to learn from.
