杭州乡村旅游发展中的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：乡村旅游在国内的发展已有二十几年的历史,大多数专家学者都认为,乡村旅游的发展对国有经济的发展、中国城市化的进程、三农问题的解决都有着至关重要的影响。自从上世纪九十年代以来,杭州的的乡村旅游已经经过了二十年的发展,从最初的自主发展期到如今的政府指导开发,期间通过不断的吸取教训,总结经验,如今已经形成了相当的规模,对拓展杭州城市旅游的承载量,加快杭州城乡一体化进程起到了至关重要的作用。 本文从乡村旅游的兴起和发展开始探讨,首先罗列国内外学者对乡村旅游发展这一课题的研究形状,分享国内外诸多学者对乡村旅游开发项的研究内容,分析相关理论,总结研究的不足之处,为本文的撰写提供理论依据。 其次通过对收集相关统计数据,结合理论依据,采取定量和定性的分析法,对杭州市乡村旅游发展的现状作了初步的调研,并通过分析杭州乡村旅游的发展历程、发展规模、发展模式来反映杭州乡村旅游发展的现状以及存在的问题,文中通过陈列相关数据,使得现状分析和问题分析更具可信性。 再次,论文还对杭州市内及杭州周边的数个乡村旅游发展项目走访调研,从实证的角度出发来反应当今杭州乡村旅游发展尚还存在的诸多问题,文章列举了杭州“梅家坞茶文化村”的发展现状,对村内现存的管理和服务水平不高、产品质量参差不齐、营销手段落后等主要问题作了详细描述,并对这些问题存在和产生的原因做了适当的分析,并结合相关理论知识,调用成功经验,对如何解决这些存在的问题提出合理化的建议。 第四、随着时代的发展和科技的进步,原始的乡村旅游开发模式已不能满足消费者日益增长的消费需要,在新时代的背景下,要实现乡村旅游更大规模的发展,品牌效益的提升需要更丰富的旅游展品,更多样化的旅游体验和更贴心的管理和服务模式,这些无一不对杭州乡村旅游的发展对经营者和管理者提出了更高的要求,本文从这一观点入手,通过理论和实践相结合,对新时代下杭州乡村旅游要实现可持续发展的前景进行展望,并结合当地旅游业的实际情况,对杭州乡村旅游的扩大规模,丰富旅游产品的多样性、提高旅游地的管理和服务水平作出相关建议。 本文的创新点在于： 采用了统计学的方法,通过收集相关数据进行分析、比对,数字化了杭州乡村旅游的发展程度,使其更清晰、直观的反应杭州乡村旅游业发展现状。 采用了调研访问的方式,深入杭州乡村旅游的发展地,反应乡村旅游地的发展现状和存在的问题,分析问题存在的原因,并依据相关理论基础对解决问题,实现杭州乡村旅游的可持续发展做出合理的建议。另外,通过对实证的分析,总结经验之谈,从而尽量避免提出相关的建议过于理论化和空泛化等问题。
[Abstract]:The development of rural tourism has a history of more than 20 years in China. Most experts and scholars believe that the development of rural tourism has a vital impact on the development of state-owned economy, the process of urbanization in China, and the solution of the problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers. Since the 1990s, rural tourism in Hangzhou has gone through 20 years of development, from the initial period of independent development to the current government-directed development, during which lessons are constantly drawn and experiences are summed up. Now it has formed a considerable scale, which plays a vital role in expanding the carrying capacity of Hangzhou urban tourism and speeding up the process of urban and rural integration in Hangzhou. This paper begins with the rise and development of rural tourism. First of all, it lists the research forms of rural tourism development by scholars at home and abroad, shares the research contents of many scholars at home and abroad on rural tourism development, and analyzes the relevant theories. Summarize the deficiency of the research, and provide the theoretical basis for the writing of this paper. Secondly, by collecting the relevant statistical data, combining with the theoretical basis, adopting quantitative and qualitative analysis, this paper makes a preliminary investigation on the present situation of rural tourism development in Hangzhou, and analyzes the development process and scale of rural tourism in Hangzhou. The development model reflects the present situation and existing problems of rural tourism development in Hangzhou. By displaying relevant data, the present situation analysis and problem analysis are more reliable. Thirdly, the paper also visited several rural tourism development projects in and around Hangzhou, from the perspective of empirical research to reflect the existing problems in the development of rural tourism in Hangzhou. This paper enumerates the present situation of "Meijiawu Tea Culture Village" in Hangzhou, and describes in detail the main problems existing in the village, such as the low level of management and service, the uneven quality of products, the backwardness of marketing methods, and so on. This paper also makes a proper analysis of the existence and causes of these problems and puts forward some reasonable suggestions on how to solve these problems by combining with relevant theoretical knowledge and applying successful experience. Fourth, with the development of the times and the progress of science and technology, the original rural tourism development model can no longer meet the increasing consumption needs of consumers. Under the background of the new era, we should realize the development of rural tourism on a larger scale. The promotion of brand benefit needs more abundant tourism exhibits, more diversified tourism experience and more considerate management and service mode, all of which put forward higher requirements to managers and managers for the development of rural tourism in Hangzhou. From this point of view, through the combination of theory and practice, this paper looks forward to the prospect of sustainable development of rural tourism in Hangzhou in the new era, and combines the actual situation of local tourism to expand the scale of rural tourism in Hangzhou. Enrich the diversity of tourism products, improve the management and service level of tourist destination to make relevant suggestions. The innovation of this paper lies in: adopting the method of statistics, analyzing and comparing the relevant data, digitizing the development degree of rural tourism in Hangzhou, making it more clear and intuitively reflecting the present situation of rural tourism development in Hangzhou. By using the method of investigation and visit, this paper goes deep into the development place of rural tourism in Hangzhou, reflects the present situation and existing problems of rural tourism, analyzes the causes of the problems, and solves the problems according to the relevant theoretical basis. To achieve the sustainable development of rural tourism in Hangzhou to make reasonable suggestions. In addition, through the empirical analysis, summing up the experience, so as to avoid putting forward the relevant suggestions too theoretical and vague and other issues.
