凉城县特色旅游业发展对策研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着互联网+时代的到来,各个行业都发生了重要的变化,旅游业作为重要支柱产业的同时也受到了一定的挑战。在时代主题要求下,互联网+特色旅游成为极具潜力的产业,受到了人们的广泛关注,当前中央提出了精准扶贫,就地区而言可以把发展地区特色旅游作为一种扶贫方式。凉城县作为内蒙古中西部乃至全国西部强县,不仅历史悠久,独具风情,还是旅游资源丰富的宝地。从旅游发展比较优势来看,具有核心竞争力的是岱海湿地旅游及红色旅游资源,曹碾满族乡满族民俗文化等旅游资源从全国来看独具特色,是特色旅游的重要支撑。因此,凉城县发展特色旅游不仅能够繁荣经济,实现精准扶贫的目标,同时也能将民族文化深刻挖掘,客观上促进了民族文化的保护。特色旅游资源是开展特色旅游业的基础。因此,本文主要懫用文献资料法、实地考察法及SWOT法,对凉城县的特色旅游资源进行全方位的分析和研究。本文从凉城县特色旅游资源的现状和特征进行归类,然后对每个类别景点进行优势分析,在将优势总结之后,从总体角度上对凉城县当前所开发的特色旅游产品影响因素做了归纳与总结。在分析凉城县特色旅游综合竞争力时,本文运用了国际上流行的SWOT法将凉城县发展特色旅游所面临的优势、劣势、机遇和风险综合比较,最终得出:凉城县发展特色旅游存在很多不足,周边旅游市场竞争者众多,但是特色旅游发展的优势相当明显,国家和内蒙古自治区政府给予的政策倾斜和自身良好生态、人文因素结合能够迅速将凉城县特色旅游提升到一个新的高度,在内蒙古中西部地区打造出自己的“名片”。笔者在此基础上,结合凉城县当前特色旅游发展和产品开发的现状,从财政、金融政策,特色旅游产品开发,旅游服务质量提升,宣传和品牌打造,商品开发等从政府角度出发提出相关政策构想,为凉城县在“十三五”规划阶段顺利实现特色旅游发展,促进农村经济发展,实现精准扶贫提供了理论参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the advent of the Internet era, various industries have undergone important changes, tourism as an important pillar industry has also been a certain challenge. At the request of the times, Internet characteristic tourism has become a potential industry, which has been widely concerned by people. At present, the central government has put forward the accurate poverty alleviation, which can be regarded as a way to help the poor by the development of regional characteristic tourism. As a strong county in central and western Inner Mongolia, Liangcheng County has a long history, unique customs and rich tourism resources. From the comparative advantage of tourism development, the core competitiveness of Daihai wetland tourism and red tourism resources, Cao Nian Manchu folk culture and other tourism resources from the national point of view unique, is an important support of characteristic tourism. Therefore, the development of characteristic tourism in Liangcheng County can not only prosper the economy and achieve the goal of accurate poverty alleviation, but also excavate the national culture deeply and objectively promote the protection of national culture. Characteristic tourism resources are the foundation of developing characteristic tourism. Therefore, this article mainly uses the literature method, the field investigation method and the SWOT method, carries on the omni-directional analysis and the research to the Liangcheng County characteristic tourism resources. This paper classifies the present situation and characteristics of Liangcheng County's characteristic tourist resources, and then analyzes the advantages of each kind of scenic spots, after summing up the advantages, From the overall point of view, the characteristics of tourism products developed in Liangcheng County are summarized and summarized. In analyzing the comprehensive competitiveness of Liangcheng County's characteristic tourism, this paper compares the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and risks faced by Liangcheng County's development of characteristic tourism by using the international popular SWOT method. Finally, it is concluded that there are many shortcomings in the development of characteristic tourism in Liangcheng County, and there are many competitors in the surrounding tourism market, but the advantages of the development of characteristic tourism are quite obvious. The government of the State and Inner Mongolia Autonomous region has given a favorable policy and its own good ecology. The combination of humanistic factors can quickly elevate Liangcheng County's characteristic tourism to a new height and create its own "business card" in the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia. On this basis, combined with the current situation of Liangcheng County's characteristic tourism development and product development, from the financial, financial policy, characteristic tourism product development, tourism service quality improvement, publicity and brand building, From the angle of government, commodity development and other related policy ideas are put forward, which provides a theoretical reference for Liangcheng County to realize the development of characteristic tourism, promote the development of rural economy, and realize the accurate poverty alleviation in the 13th Five-Year Plan stage of Liangcheng County.
