中美旅游产业国际竞争力比较研究

【摘要】:旅游产业其良好的持续发展能力和较好的抗风险能力俨然成为一国经济的一个重要部门之一。各国对旅游产业的重视程度越来越高,都在着力出台相关的产业政策,以促进其旅游产业的快速、稳定的发展,争夺国内外旅游市场。随着中国经济的腾飞和对外开发的程度不断加深,中国旅游发展势头迅猛,旅游服务贸易逐渐成为中国重要的创汇来源之一。然而,纵观世界旅游产业的发展,中国目前算是名符其实的旅游大国,而非旅游强国,且与旅游强国之间的还存在较大差距。因此,客观的认识中国旅游产业发展的现状及趋势,以期在借鉴国外旅游强国的发展经验的基础之上,探索中国旅游产业国际竞争力提高的新途径,将是十分必要和重要的。 本文选取旅游强国——美国作为比较对象,以产业国际竞争力理论、国家竞争优势理论和可持续发展理论为指导,比较分析中美旅游产业发展的历程及现状。本文首先阐明了旅游资源、旅游产业、旅游产业国际竞争力等相关概念;其次比较中美旅游产业发展的现状,分析了中美旅游产业的发展历程和发展现状;再次比较中美旅游产业的国际竞争力,主要从产业国际竞争力指数测算和构成因素两个方面进行分析比较;最后在总结美国旅游产业发展经验的基础上,提出促进中国旅游产业国际竞争力提高的若干建议。
[Abstract]:Tourism industry has become one of the important sectors of a country's economy. All countries pay more and more attention to the tourism industry and are making efforts to issue related industrial policies in order to promote the rapid and stable development of their tourism industry and compete for the domestic and foreign tourism market. With the rapid development of China's economy and the deepening of its foreign development, China's tourism industry is developing rapidly, and tourism service trade is becoming one of the important sources of foreign exchange earning in China. However, looking at the development of tourism industry in the world, China is currently a big tourism country, not a tourism power, and there is still a big gap between China and the tourism power. Therefore, it is necessary and important to understand objectively the present situation and trend of the development of Chinese tourism industry, with a view to exploring new ways to improve the international competitiveness of China's tourism industry on the basis of drawing lessons from the development experience of foreign tourism powers. In this paper, the tourism powerhouse, the United States, is chosen as the comparative object. Guided by the theory of industrial international competitiveness, the theory of national competitive advantage and the theory of sustainable development, this paper compares and analyzes the course and present situation of the development of tourism industry between China and the United States. This paper first clarifies the related concepts of tourism resources, tourism industry international competitiveness, and then compares the current situation of the development of tourism industry between China and the United States, and analyzes the development process and current situation of the tourism industry in China and the United States. Compare the international competitiveness of the tourism industry between China and the United States, mainly from the industrial international competitiveness index and the composition of the two aspects of analysis and comparison; Finally, on the basis of summing up the experience of American tourism industry development, some suggestions are put forward to promote the international competitiveness of Chinese tourism industry.
