中三角旅游经济发展差异与一体化战略研究

【摘要】:“中三角”地理位置独特,居于中部之中,自然和人文旅游资源丰富。2012年“中三角”旅游业总收入达4090.88亿元,占“中三角”国内生产总值的10.47%,占服务业的比重为28.05%。伴随“中三角”旅游业的快速发展,其支柱产业地位和关联带动作用日趋明显,同时“中三角”各市之间的旅游经济差异也日益显现,并影响“中三角”整体旅游经济的发展。 文章运用旅游学、地理学和区域经济学的相关理论并采用统计分析软件SPSS19.0研究了2004-2012年“中三角”23个市旅游经济的时空差异与形成机理,提出了“中三角”旅游经济发展的一体化战略。 首先,整理归纳了国内外有关旅游经济发展差异和旅游一体化的研究成果,从而提出论文的研究目标、研究内容、研究方法和技术路线。 其次,以2004-2012年为研究时段,以“中三角”23个市为空间范围,通过构建指标体系,从单一指标测度和综合指标测度2个方面,以旅游业总体分析为切入点,运用因子分析和聚类分析法,定量分析了“中三角”旅游经济差异的时间演变特征和空间分布特征,并根据分析结果将“中三角”旅游经济发展状况分为五个等级。研究结果显示:时间演变上,2004-2012年“中三角”各市旅游经济的绝对差异逐步拉大;相对差异稳中有降,变化和缓,但有回升态势。空间差异上,武汉、长沙优势明显;三大城市群的内部空间差异不一;“中三角”23个市旅游经济发展水平可分为五个等级。 最后,依据旅游学理论和时空差异分析结果,从旅游资源条件、交通基础设施、地区经济基础、旅游行业与服务水平以及产业政策等五个方面分析“中三角”旅游经济发展差异的形成机理,提出了“中三角”旅游一体化发展的战略构想,即以体制创新为基础,以多元化合作为支撑,抓住“一个目标定位”,开启“两个通道建设”,统筹“三个层次构建”,实现“四个机制突破”,实施“五个战略对策”,促进“中三角”旅游统一大市场的建立。
[Abstract]:The "Central Triangle" is located in the middle of the region and is rich in natural and cultural tourism resources. In 2012, the tourism industry in the "Middle Triangle" totaled 409.088 billion yuan, accounting for 10.47 percent of the GDP of the "Middle Triangle". The proportion of the service industry is 28.05. With the rapid development of tourism industry in the "Middle Triangle", the status of the pillar industry and the related driving effect are becoming more and more obvious. At the same time, the differences of tourism economy among the cities in the "Middle Triangle" are also increasingly apparent, and the development of the overall tourism economy of the "Middle Triangle" is also affected. Using the theories of tourism, geography and regional economics, and using the statistical analysis software SPSS19.0, this paper studies the spatio-temporal differences and the formation mechanism of tourism economy in 23 cities of "Middle Triangle" from 2004 to 2012. This paper puts forward the integrated strategy of tourism economy development in the middle triangle. Firstly, this paper summarizes the research results of tourism economic development difference and tourism integration at home and abroad, and puts forward the research goal, research content, research method and technical route of the paper. Secondly, taking 2004-2012 as the research period, taking 23 cities of "Middle Triangle" as the space scope, through constructing the index system, from the single index measure and the comprehensive index measure two aspects, take the tourism overall analysis as the breakthrough point. By means of factor analysis and cluster analysis, this paper analyzes quantitatively the temporal evolution and spatial distribution of the tourism economic differences in the "Middle Triangle", and divides the development of the "Middle Triangle" tourism economy into five grades according to the results of the analysis. The results show that the absolute difference of tourism economy in "Middle Triangle" from 2004 to 2012 has gradually increased, and the relative difference has declined steadily and slowly, but there is a trend of recovery. In terms of spatial differences, Wuhan and Changsha have obvious advantages; the internal spatial differences of the three urban agglomerations are different; 23 cities in the "Middle Triangle" can be divided into five levels of tourism economic development level. Finally, according to the theory of tourism and the results of space-time difference analysis, from the tourism resource conditions, transportation infrastructure, regional economic base, This paper analyzes the forming mechanism of the difference of tourism economy development in "China Triangle" from five aspects, such as tourism industry, service level and industrial policy, and puts forward the strategic conception of tourism integration development in "China Triangle", that is, it is based on system innovation. Supported by diversified cooperation, we should grasp "one goal orientation", open "two channels construction", coordinate "three levels of construction", realize "four mechanism breakthroughs" and implement "five strategic countermeasures". To promote the establishment of the "Middle Triangle" tourism unified market.
