基于民生视域的宁夏旅游业转型升级研究

【摘要】：旅游产业具有民生产业的属性和特质,旅游已成为现代人改善生活质量的普遍需求。加快旅游业转型发展,有利于增加城乡居民收入,缩小贫富差距,造就再生产能力,满足民生需求,提高民生幸福指数。宁夏关键要加快从"门票旅游"向"民生消费"升级,从"条块分割"向"整体一盘棋"升级,从"半年旅游"向"全年旅游"升级,从"过境旅游"向"旅游目的地"升级,从"旅游人才短缺"向"人才支撑"升级。
[Abstract]:Tourism industry has the attributes and characteristics of people's livelihood industry, tourism has become a universal demand for modern people to improve the quality of life. Speeding up the transformation and development of tourism is beneficial to increase the income of urban and rural residents, narrow the gap between rich and poor, bring up the ability of reproduction, meet the needs of people's livelihood, and improve the index of livelihood happiness. The key to Ningxia is to speed up the upgrade from "ticket tourism" to "people's livelihood consumption," from "segmentation" to "overall chess", from "semi-annual tourism" to "year-round tourism," and from "transit tourism" to "tourist destination." Upgrade from "shortage of tourist talents" to "talent support".
