四姑娘山国家地质公园地质遗迹景观评价及保护性开发研究

【摘要】：四姑娘山国家地质公园内地质遗迹景观资源不仅类型多样,而且其景观的典型性特征极强,是进行地质学、地貌学、构造学、生态学、环境学等多学科研究的理想场所,极具保护性开发价值。而本文对公园内地质遗迹景观的保护性开发研究着眼于如何合理开发与科学保护以达到生态效益、经济效益与社会效益的最佳平衡,以促进区域社会经济的发展。本文在充分分析四姑娘山国家地质公园自然地理条件、区域地质背景、地质遗迹景观的同时,再认真研读国内外相关文献对地质遗迹景观资源的评价与开发研究,从而对四姑娘山国家地质公园内地质遗迹景观资源特征分析、评价方法、保护对象的确定与分级区划,进行保护性开发研究做了大量工作。通过科学研究、旅游开发、科普教育等方式对其进行合理的开发,从而发挥其资源属性中应有的社会和经济价值,达到可持续发展的目的。通过论文系统而综合的研究,将四姑娘山国家地质公园内地质遗迹景观资源划分为5大类12类19亚类及众多代表景观点,并用层次分析法对其进行定量评价,确定主要地质遗迹景观资源的等级。进而开展其保护性开发的研究工作。提出了四姑娘山国家地质公园内主要地质遗迹景观保护对象包括以四姑娘山为代表的极高山山岳景观、典型而系统的第四纪冰川遗迹、以五色山向斜构造为代表地质构造形迹等,以及极高山生态系统、生物景观、人文景观也应得到保护。并按照“严格保护游览区,重点保护景观区,特殊保护重要景点(地质遗迹点),使公园内地质遗迹景观资源得以永续利用”的原则,在原有划分的三级保护区基础上本文将园区划分特级、一级、二级和三级保护区,以达到全面保护地质遗迹景观资源的目的。其次通过路线法测算公园了内各景区游览路线所能承载的最大游客数量。对四姑娘山国家地质公园目前的开发现在及存在的问题进行梳理,以此调整保护性开发的方案。在进行保护性开发时根据目前划分的“三沟一山”各景区里,按照使用功能、保护级别的不同,本文将其调整划分为六大功能分区,即地质遗迹保护区(点)、自然生态区、科普教育区、游览区、公园管理与服务区、原有居民点保留区。此外,根据四姑娘山国家地质公园内的实际情况,以地质遗迹景观资源的可持续发展和带动当地社区参与等理论作指导,充分研读国内外国家地质公园的保护与开发经验,围绕四姑娘山国家地质公园保护与开发的主要任务,特提出以保护行动为前提、以科普教育为补充、以旅游开发为依托、以社区参与为基础的四个层次、十项工作的四姑娘山国家地质公园保护性开发模式。
[Abstract]:The landscape resources of geological relics in Siguniangshan National Geopark are not only varied in types, but also have strong typical features. It is an ideal place for multidisciplinary research in geology, geomorphology, tectonics, ecology, and environmental science, etc. Highly protective development value. This paper focuses on how to develop reasonably and scientifically protect the landscape of geological relics in the park in order to achieve the best balance between ecological benefit, economic benefit and social benefit, so as to promote the development of regional social economy. In this paper, the physical and geographical conditions, the regional geological background and the landscape of geological relics in Siguniangshan National Geopark are fully analyzed, and at the same time, the evaluation and development of landscape resources of geological relics are carefully studied in the relevant literatures at home and abroad. Therefore, a great deal of work has been done on the characteristics analysis, evaluation method, the determination and classification of protection objects, and the research on protective exploitation of the landscape resources of geological relics in Siguniangshan National Geopark. Through scientific research, tourism development, popular science education and other ways to carry on reasonable development, so as to bring into play the social and economic value of its resource attribute, and achieve the purpose of sustainable development. Through systematic and comprehensive research in this paper, the landscape resources of geological relics in Siguniangshan National Geopark are divided into 5 categories, 12 categories, 19 subclasses and many representative views, and their quantitative evaluation is carried out by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Determine the grade of major geological relics and landscape resources. And then carry out the research work of its protective development. It is pointed out that the main protection objects of the geological relics landscape in the Siguniang Mountain National Geopark include the extremely alpine mountain landscape represented by the Sigu Niangshan Mountain, and the typical and systematic Quaternary glacier relics. As well as the extremely high mountain ecosystem, biological landscape and human landscape should be protected as well as the geological structural features represented by the Wushishan syncline structure. And in accordance with the principle of "strictly protecting tourist areas, focusing on the protection of scenic areas, special protection of important scenic spots (geological relics points), so as to make sustainable use of the landscape resources of geological relics in the park", On the basis of the original three-level protected areas, this paper divides the park into special, first, second and third-level protected areas, in order to achieve the purpose of comprehensive protection of geological relics landscape resources. Secondly, the maximum number of tourists that can be carried by the scenic spots in the park is calculated by the route method. The present development and existing problems of Siguyangshan National Geopark are combed in order to adjust the scheme of protective development. In the course of carrying out the protection development, according to the use function and the different protection level of each scenic spot of "three ditches and one mountain" at present, this paper divides it into six functional zones, namely, geological relic reserve (point), natural ecological zone, and so on. Popular science education area, tour area, park management and service area, original settlement reserved area. In addition, according to the actual situation in Siguniangshan National Geopark, and guided by the theories of sustainable development of geological relics and landscape resources and promoting the participation of local communities, we have fully studied the protection and development experience of national geological parks at home and abroad, Focusing on the main task of conservation and development of Sigu Niangshan National Geopark, this paper puts forward four levels of protection action, supplemented by popular science education, relying on tourism development, and based on community participation. Ten items of work of the four Guliangshan National Geopark protective development model.
