京津冀区域旅游一体化评价

【摘要】:本文主要研究的是京津冀区域旅游一体化程度的评价。需要解决的问题包括:1.确定评级评价区域旅游一体化的指标,各指标是怎样反映区域旅游一体化程度的。本文选取了区域旅游收入离散指数、区域游客数量离散指数、A级景区密度变异系数以及区域交通可达性作为评价指标;2.确定各个评价指标在评级模型中的所占的权重,本文应用层次分析法,通过调查问卷的方式获取数据;3.构建评级区域旅游一体化程度的模型,最后对2005-2015年京津冀区域旅游一体化程度的趋势变化进行分析,并给出京津冀区域旅游一体化发展的建议。论文的主要结论包括以下几个方面:(1)各个评价因子与区域旅游一体化程度的关系:区域旅游收入离散指数反映了一个区域旅游发展的总体协调程度。该指标值越小,区域内旅游业发展水平较接近,区域旅游合作较好,即区域旅游一体化程度较高;区域游客数量离散指数数值越小,区域游客数量越协调,区域内各个地区旅游吸引力差距越小,旅游一体化水平越高;A级景区密度的变异系数越大,表明京津冀A级景区分布差异越大,景区的分布越集中,该指标值越小,区域旅游一体化程度较好;伴随区域交通可达性的提高,区域内各城市间互通有无,不仅为游客在区域内的流动提供了良好的基础,还能够促进区域旅游一体化的发展;(2)得出各个指标的演变趋势如下结:从趋势图的走向,可以得出近11年间,京津冀区域旅游业发展水平差距在越来越小,在向着均衡良好的方向发展;京津冀区域游客数量差距在越来越小,区域内各个地区的旅游吸引力在向着均衡协调良好的方向发展;京津冀区域A级景区密度的变异系数越来越小,区域内A级景区的分布向着均衡良好的方向发展,但是,从具体数值上看,京津冀区域A级景区分布非常集中,不利于区域旅游一体化的提高;京津冀交通可达性在逐年提高;(3)2005年至2012年,京津冀区域旅游一体化程度数值处于0-0.4之间,根据区域旅游一体化阶段划分,京津冀区域旅游一体化处于起步阶段,也就是仅仅提出了区域的旅游合作,但是并没有实质性的合作行动;2013年至2015年,京津冀区域旅游一体化程度数值处于0.4-0.6之间,根据区域旅游一体化阶段划分,京津冀区域旅游一体化处于早期发展阶段,即只是在旅游线路规划等方面进行了一些基础合作。总之,近11年间京津冀区域旅游一体化程度在稳定的推进,但是,目前京津冀区域旅游一体化的发展仍不够成熟,三地需要继续深化协作,推进一体化的发展。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the evaluation of regional tourism integration degree in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The problems that need to be addressed include: 1. Determine the evaluation index of regional tourism integration, and how each index reflects the degree of regional tourism integration. In this paper, the discrete index of regional tourism income, the discrete index of regional tourist number, the coefficient of density variation of class A scenic spot and the regional traffic reachability are selected as the evaluation indexes. To determine the weight of each evaluation index in the rating model, this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to obtain the data through the way of questionnaire; In the end, the trend of regional tourism integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2005 to 2015 is analyzed, and some suggestions for the development of regional tourism integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are given. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) the relationship between each evaluation factor and the degree of regional tourism integration: the discrete index of regional tourism income reflects the overall coordination degree of a regional tourism development. The smaller the index value is, the closer the level of tourism development in the region is, and the better regional tourism cooperation is, that is, the higher degree of regional tourism integration; The smaller the discrete index of the number of regional tourists, the more coordinated the number of regional tourists, the smaller the regional tourism attraction gap, the higher the level of tourism integration; The greater the coefficient of variation of the density of A-class scenic spots, the greater the distribution difference of the A-class scenic spots in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the more concentrated the scenic spots distribution, the smaller the index value, and the better the regional tourism integration degree; With the improvement of regional traffic accessibility, the intercommunion of the cities in the region not only provides a good basis for the flow of tourists in the region, but also promotes the development of regional tourism integration. (2) the evolution trend of each index is concluded as follows: from the trend map, it can be concluded that in the last 11 years, the gap of tourism development level in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is getting smaller and smaller, and it is developing towards a balanced and good direction; The difference of tourist quantity in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is getting smaller and smaller, and the tourist attraction of each region in the region is developing towards a balanced and harmonious direction. The coefficient of variation of A-level scenic spots in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is getting smaller and smaller, and the distribution of A-level scenic spots in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is developing towards a well-balanced direction. However, in terms of specific values, the distribution of A-level scenic spots in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is very concentrated. It is not conducive to the improvement of regional tourism integration; The accessibility of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei traffic is increasing year by year; (3) from 2005 to 2012, the value of regional tourism integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is between 0 and 0.4. According to the division of regional tourism integration stage, the regional tourism integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is in the initial stage. That is, only put forward the regional tourism cooperation, but there is no substantive cooperative action; From 2013 to 2015, the value of regional tourism integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is between 0.4 and 0.6. According to the division of regional tourism integration stage, the regional tourism integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is in the early stage of development. That is, only in the tourism route planning and other aspects of some basic cooperation. In short, the degree of regional tourism integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has been steadily promoted in the last 11 years. However, the development of regional tourism integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is still not mature enough, and the three places need to continue to deepen cooperation and promote the development of integration.
