基于游客满意度的南宁大明山景区精细化管理研究

【摘要】:精细化管理是基于顾客的需求,致力于提高管理效率和效果,是目前管理学中比较先进的管理理念和方法。为了适应旅游市场需求,更好的满足游客高质量、多元化的旅游体验需求,本文将精细化管理引入旅游景区管理,从而让旅游景区的管理更加科学、有效。在对游客满意度、精细化管理的相关理论进行了深入研究的基础上,本文分析了游客满意度与旅游景区管理之间的关系,构建了游客满意度测评指标体系,并对南宁大明山景区做了实证研究。通过对游客进行满意度问卷调查,采集数据,运用相关分析法对游客满意度与景区管理之间的关系进行验证,发现游客满意度与景区管理各要素有显著相关关系,证实了游客满意度与景区管理呈正相关关系。并运用IPA分析法分析调查数据,结合旅游景区的实地调查情况,发现旅游景区管理过程中存在七大问题。针对旅游景区存在的这些问题,从全局的视角出发,构建南宁大明山景区精细化管理实现途径,完成对旅游景区的管理水平提升。本文的结论是:游客满意度与景区管理呈正相关关系,对游客的满意度研究能够深入了解旅游景区管理中存在的问题,然后针对这些问题构建的南宁大明山景区精细化管理途径对其他旅游景区精细化管理有普遍借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Fine management is based on the needs of customers, committed to improving management efficiency and effect, is a more advanced management concept and method in management. In order to meet the needs of tourism market and better meet the needs of tourists with high quality and diversified tourism experience, this paper introduces fine management into scenic spot management, so as to make the management of scenic spots more scientific and effective. On the basis of in-depth study on the related theories of tourist satisfaction and fine management, this paper analyzes the relationship between tourist satisfaction and scenic spot management, and constructs the evaluation index system of tourist satisfaction. An empirical study is made on the Daming Mountain Scenic spot in Nanning. Through the questionnaire survey of tourist satisfaction, collecting data, using correlation analysis to verify the relationship between tourist satisfaction and scenic spot management, it is found that there is a significant correlation between tourist satisfaction and the elements of scenic spot management. It is confirmed that there is a positive correlation between tourist satisfaction and scenic spot management. Using IPA analysis method to analyze the survey data, combined with the field investigation of scenic spots, it is found that there are seven problems in the process of scenic spot management. In view of these problems, from the perspective of the overall situation, this paper constructs the way to realize the fine management of Daming Mountain Scenic spot in Nanning, and completes the improvement of the management level of the scenic spot. The conclusion of this paper is that there is a positive correlation between tourist satisfaction and scenic spot management. The study of tourist satisfaction can deeply understand the problems existing in the management of scenic spots. Then the fine management approach of Daming Mountain Scenic spot in Nanning has general reference significance for the fine management of other scenic spots.
