Exploration of Intercultural Communication Competence of Chi

在全球化的今天,作为“非政府间的大使”,外语导游在提高旅游团队满意度和促进国与国之间的相互理解上扮演着不可或缺的角色,因此,导游的跨文化交际能力必然是需要提高的最基本的能力。然而,中国的旅游界与跨文化交际界很少有关于导游的跨文化交际能力的学术研究,本论文将通过外宾评价的方式来研究中国外语导游的跨文化交际能力。基于陈国明博士的全球化交际能力模型,本文通过对正在旅游的208名国际游客的问卷调查来探索国际游客理想中中国导游的跨文化交际能力和现实中中国导游的跨文化交际能力状况。通过SPSS软件对期望组和实际组两组游客所填写的问卷调查数据进行分析,结果发现:第一,两组在“文化互动”维度上程度最强,在“全球视野”与“展现自我”维度上程度居中,在“文化映射”维度上程度最弱;第二,实际组与理想组之间存在很大的正相关差异。从两组间在四个维度上的平均数可知,现实中中国导游的跨文化交际能力在“全球视野”,“展现自我”,“映射文化”和“文化互动”四个方面表现的比国际游客期望的更加突出。
