【摘要】：正引导和鼓励中小银行发展科技金融,并进行政策、市场指引和辅导,打造出中国的"硅谷银行",是解决科技创新困境的关键步骤科技是国家强盛之基,创新是民族进步之魂。党的十八大强调指出,科技创新是提高社会生产力和综合国力的战略支撑,必须摆在国家发展全局核心位置。如何更好地支持实体经济发展、服务国家创新战略,实现科技创新与金融创新的完美融合,是中国金融业发展面临的重要课题。
[Abstract]:Guiding and encouraging small and medium-sized banks to develop science and technology finance, and carrying out policies, market guidance and guidance to create China's "Silicon Valley Bank" are the key steps to solve the dilemma of scientific and technological innovation. Science and technology are the basis of national strength and prosperity, and innovation is the soul of national progress. The 18th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that scientific and technological innovation is a strategic support for improving social productivity and comprehensive national strength, and must be placed at the core of the overall situation of national development. How to better support the development of real economy, serve the national innovation strategy, and realize the perfect integration of scientific and technological innovation and financial innovation is an important subject facing the development of China's financial industry.
