以精细化管理为抓手,打造中心园优质教育品牌——福建省晋江市灵源街道灵水中心幼儿园

【摘要】：正福建省晋江市灵源街道灵水中心幼儿园是一所由市、街道、社区共同筹资创办的乡镇集体办中心幼儿园,创办于2006年,并于2009年9月转型为晋江市首批镇真公办中心幼儿园。该园在开园之初就制定了"一年上轨道、二年成优质、三年创示范、五年省示范"的五年发展规划。多年来秉持"以精细化管理为抓手,敢于探索,勇于超越"的办园精神,一年一个台阶,走出了一条特色办园、内涵发展之路。2011年该园通过了福建省示范性幼儿园评估,成为泉州市第一所通过省示范性幼儿园评估的乡镇中心幼儿园。
[Abstract]:Lingshui Center Kindergarten in Lingyuan Street of Jinjiang City, Fujian Province is a township collective central kindergarten founded by the city, street and community. It was founded in 2006 and transformed into the first batch of Jinjiang Town Real Public Center Kindergarten in September 2009. At the beginning of its opening, the park formulated a five-year development plan of "one year on track, two years into high quality, three years for demonstration and five years for provincial demonstration". Over the years, the spirit of "taking fine management as the starting point, daring to explore, and daring to surpass" has been the spirit of running a garden with its own characteristics and developing its connotation. In 2011, the garden passed the model kindergarten evaluation in Fujian Province. Quanzhou City become the first through the provincial model kindergarten evaluation of the township center kindergarten.
