高速公路建设微笑文化品牌的现状及创新对策

【摘要】:文章以广西高速公路的微笑服务品牌为例,对高速公路文明服务及服务品牌建设的现状进行了分析,阐述了高速公路服务品牌的创建方法及目前存在的问题,从而对新形势下高速公路服务品牌建设的发展趋势提出了思考和看法,以求进一步提高行业服务质量,进一步优化高速公路服务品牌。
[Abstract]:Taking the smiling service brand of Guangxi expressway as an example, this paper analyzes the present situation of highway civilization service and service brand construction, and expounds the method of establishing expressway service brand and the existing problems. In order to further improve the service quality of the industry and further optimize the expressway service brand, this paper puts forward some thoughts and opinions on the development trend of expressway service brand construction under the new situation.
