【摘要】：正光明网:现在农业的主要矛盾由原来的总量不足,转化为结构性矛盾,农业供给侧结构性改革的重点在哪里?怎样深化结构调整?谢志强:推进农业供给侧结构性改革,是当前农业农村经济工作的主线,要围绕这一主线稳定粮食生产、推进结构调整、推进绿色发展、推进创新驱动、推进农村改革。要把增加绿色优质农产品供给放在突出位置,把提高农业供给体系质量和效率作为主攻方向,把促进农民增收作为核心目标,从生产端、供给侧入手,创新体制机制,调整优化农业的要素、产品、技术、产业、区域、主体等
