云南石产业与旅游业互动发展研究

【摘要】:自古就有“玉出云南”之称,云南省地处亚洲大陆与中南半岛板块的连接处,因而境内山川纵横,蕴藏极其丰富的矿藏资源和宝玉石资源。腾冲、盈江、瑞丽为重要的原料基地,为云南石产业的发展提供了保障。云南与东南亚许多国家接壤,缅甸作为最大的毛料市场为石产业的发展提供了便利条件。石产业作为支柱产业,成为云南经济新的增长点。 而云南的旅游借助本身的区位优势、自然资源、人文资源,已经打造了自己的品牌,并成为云南的支柱性产业,石产业和旅游业作为云南的两大支柱产业,他们之间相互影响、相互促进共同发展。 本文从“发现问题—分析问题—解决问题”出发,以核心竞争力为理论支撑,,以石产业和旅游业为研究对象,着重分析石产业的核心竞争力,发现石产业发展存在的问题,分析石产业与旅游业互动发展的现状,并实证研究石产业与旅游业之间的经济关系等,通过分析发现石产业市场定位不明、思路不清、政策缺位、资金缺乏、产业结构不优等方面。产业业态还处于大资源、小产业、低层次、少收入的状况,发展潜力未能得到充分发挥。而旅游业资源挖掘不够、没有建立有影响力的品牌、管理不完善、专业人员素质提升缓慢、旅游设施不完善等问题,提出使石产业与旅游业互动发展的模式:旅游新产品模式、石产业园区景点化发展模式和新型营销模式;并提出对策建议:合理分配生产要素、扩大国内需求、加强石产业和旅游业在相关和支持行业的互动、调整企业战略、加强政府政策等。
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, Yunnan Province has been known as "jade out of Yunnan". Yunnan Province is located at the junction of the Asian mainland and the Indochina Peninsula plate, and thus contains abundant mineral resources and precious jade resources. Tengchong, Yingjiang, Ruili as an important raw material base for the development of Yunnan stone industry to provide protection. Yunnan borders many countries in Southeast Asia. Myanmar, as the largest wool market, provides convenient conditions for the development of stone industry. As a pillar industry, stone industry has become a new growth point of Yunnan economy. With the help of its own geographical advantages, natural resources and human resources, Yunnan's tourism has built its own brand and become a pillar industry in Yunnan. Stone industry and tourism, as two pillar industries in Yunnan, interact with each other. Mutual promotion of common development. This paper starts from "Discovery problem-analysis problem-problem solving", taking core competitiveness as theoretical support, taking stone industry and tourism industry as research object, focusing on analyzing the core competitiveness of stone industry, and finding out the problems existing in the development of stone industry. This paper analyzes the current situation of the interactive development of stone industry and tourism industry, and empirically studies the economic relationship between stone industry and tourism industry, and finds that the market orientation of stone industry is unclear, the thinking is unclear, the policy is absent, and the funds are lacking. The industrial structure is not superior. The industrial form is still in the condition of large resources, small industry, low level and low income, and the development potential has not been brought into full play. But the tourism resources mining is not enough, has not established the influential brand, the management is not perfect, the professional personnel quality promotion is slow, the tourism facility is not perfect and so on question, proposed causes the stone industry and the tourism interaction development pattern: the tourism new product pattern, The development mode of scenic spot and new marketing mode of stone industry park are put forward, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: rational distribution of factors of production, expansion of domestic demand, strengthening the interaction between stone industry and tourism in related and supporting industries, and adjusting enterprise strategy. Strengthen government policies, etc.
