[Abstract]:A new tutor training project for graduate students of Beijing University of Technology (Beijing University of Technology) since 2001, it has been included in the post training plan of the personnel department of the whole university since 2006. Well is listed as "one plan of teacher training" in the training center of Beijing personnel Bureau, and has become one of the key projects supported by Beijing Education Commission. In order to strengthen the teachers' sense of mission, sense of responsibility and professionalism, the training of graduate tutors through the theme report, policy interpretation, experience introduction, group discussion and so on, as the theme, to strengthen the research of our school.
