【摘要】:正高岛屋(高级百货连锁店)新宿店2015年5月开始的大学个性及品牌清酒展销会,有来自日本全国34所大学的个性化商品,其中20所大学展出了自己研发的清酒和烧酒,12所大学拿出的是清酒,本文主要就清酒展品进行了介绍。这些清酒展品的品名大多来自各校周围的植物、特色花卉酵母以及特色大米原料等,
[Abstract]:Shinjuku University Personality and Brand sake Fair, which began in May 2015, features personalized products from 34 universities across Japan. Among them, 20 universities have exhibited their own sake and 12 universities have produced sake. This paper mainly introduces the exhibits of sake. Most of the names of these sake exhibits come from plants around the schools, special floral yeast and special rice raw materials, etc.
