海外工厂的电泳工艺设计探讨

【摘要】：中国汽车企业经过20年左右的发展,自主品牌相继在海外建设汽车工厂,前期建设主要是涂装和总装车间。主要探讨了涂装车间电泳槽体设计需要满足的电泳时间、槽液更新量、槽液循环稳定性、泳透力等相关的要求和标准。
[Abstract]:After 20 years of development, Chinese automobile enterprises have built automobile factories overseas, mainly painting and assembly workshops. The requirements and standards of electrophoretic design for electrophoretic trough in painting shop are discussed, such as electrophoresis time, tank fluid renewal quantity, tank fluid cycle stability, swimming permeability and so on.
