基于“精益营销”的泰山品牌产品投放策略研究

【摘要】:精益营销是精益思想在市场营销领域的拓展和创新性应用,其实质是以精益化操作方式提供解决方案的营销模式。本文基于"精益营销"思维,以"泰山"品牌旗下高端产品、新产品、主销产品的投放操作为切入点,运用"大数据营销"、波士顿矩阵等营销理论和工具,借助现代信息技术手段,着力树立品牌口碑、提高品牌销售业绩、提升客户满意度,实现泰山品牌产品投放的科学性、有效性和精确化。
[Abstract]:Lean marketing is the expansion and innovative application of lean thinking in the field of marketing. Its essence is to provide a solution marketing mode by lean operation. Based on the thinking of "lean marketing", this paper uses the marketing theories and tools such as "big data Marketing" and Boston Matrix as the starting point to launch and operate the high-end products, new products and main selling products of Taishan brand. By means of modern information technology, we should set up brand reputation, improve brand sales performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and realize scientific, effective and accurate launching of Taishan brand products.
