[Abstract]:The first thing to be pointed out is that "brand" refers to a certain reputation or public cognitive evaluation created by the long-term operation of the organization, or, in other words, the image of the organization. From the perspective of crisis communication management, brand crisis is related to the survival of the organization. From the crisis level, brand crisis belongs to the heavyweight. Brand is a heavy device, there is no room for loss. Therefore, in the field of crisis communication management, the prevention of brand crisis is extremely serious.
