秋林里道斯红肠品牌包装设计研究

【摘要】:秋林里道斯,一家创立百余年的中华老字号企业,其主营的红肠产品因俄式传统工艺和独特的欧式风味成为深受哈尔滨市民及中外游客青睐的特色食品。秋林里道斯红肠食品不单是一种产品,它早已植根于哈尔滨人的饮食文化中,是品牌深厚文化底蕴的根基,更是这座城市在历史积淀中独具异域风情文化背景的展现;不止如此,秋林里道斯红肠制作技艺于2008年成为黑龙江省首批“非物质文化遗产”,作为哈尔滨高附加值产业之一的秋林里道斯红肠品牌设计逐渐成为促进城市经济发展的一个重要环节,承载着哈尔滨地域文化的品牌包装设计作为城市及地域文化宣扬的特殊名片,对它进行再度审视和打造不容忽略。本文力求从学术角度出发,以秋林里道斯红肠品牌包装设计为入手点展开研究,深入分析了秋林里道斯红肠品牌包装设计的现状,对比分析国内外红肠品牌包装设计的典型案例,并针对当前秋林里道斯红肠品牌包装设计中具有的视觉要素缺乏统一、地域文化特征不鲜明等问题进行客观分析。采用综合分析法从品牌自身因素、地域审美因素及文化因素等多个方面分析秋林里道斯红肠品牌包装设计的设计思路,提出应对秋林里道斯红肠品牌包装设计问题的策略,对未来秋林里道斯红肠品牌包装设计提出考量和建议。并且,尝试为关注特色品牌包装设计的设计者提供帮助,从中得到现实依据和理论支撑,确保设计实践能够向更贴合地域文化、人性化和可持续化的走向发展,对于地域文化的传承和弘扬也有着重要的理论价值。
[Abstract]:Qiu Lin Lidos, a century-old Chinese enterprise, its main red sausage products because of the traditional Russian craft and unique European flavor has become the favorite of Harbin residents and Chinese and foreign tourists. Qiu Lin's red sausage food is not only a product, it has been rooted in the food culture of Harbin people, is the root of the deep cultural heritage of the brand, but also the city in the historical accumulation of unique exotic cultural background display; More than that, Qiu Lin's red sausage production technique became the first "intangible cultural heritage" in Heilongjiang Province in 2008. As one of the high value-added industries in Harbin, Qiu Lin's red sausage brand design has gradually become an important link in promoting urban economic development. As a special business card of city and regional culture, the brand packaging design carrying Harbin regional culture is reviewed again and can not be ignored. From the academic point of view, this paper studies the packaging design of Qiu Lin's red sausage brand, and analyzes the present situation of the packaging design of Qiu Lin's red sausage brand. This paper compares and analyzes the typical cases of packaging design of red sausage brand at home and abroad, and makes an objective analysis on the problems such as the lack of unity of visual elements and the lack of distinct regional cultural characteristics in the packaging design of red sausage brand by Qiu Lin. This paper analyzes the design ideas of Qiu Lin's Red sausage brand packaging design from the aspects of brand itself, regional aesthetic factors and cultural factors, and puts forward the strategies to deal with the packaging design problems of Qiu Lin's Red sausage brand. To the future Qiu Lin red sausage brand packaging design considerations and suggestions. In addition, this paper tries to provide help for designers who pay attention to the design of characteristic brand packaging, and get the realistic basis and theoretical support from it to ensure that the design practice can develop towards a more suitable regional culture, humanization and sustainability. For the heritage and promotion of regional culture also has an important theoretical value.
