商业贿赂的识别与审计

【摘要】：近年来,商业贿赂在一些行业和领域蔓延,严重破坏了社会主义市场经济秩序。本文在阐述商业贿赂的账务处理特点和审计中存在的难点的基础上,探讨了对商业贿赂进行审计查证的方法。
[Abstract]:In recent years, commercial bribery has spread in some industries and fields, seriously undermining the socialist market economic order. On the basis of expounding the accounting characteristics of commercial bribery and the difficulties existing in auditing, this paper probes into the methods of auditing and verifying commercial bribery.
