【摘要】:我国第三方支付业务经过10年的发展,年度交易规模已经突破万亿元,成为中国金融支付体系中重要的组成部分。随着《非金融机构支付服务管理办法》及其实施细则的出台,多家企业及单位获得《支付业务许可证》,这标志着中国的非金融机构支付行业由原先的无据可循到如今的依法监管,逐步走入规范化、规模化、专业化的发展进程。由陕西邮政独资控股的“西邮寄电子商务有限责任公司”于2012年6月27日获得央行颁发的支付牌照,与30余家大型商户建立了合作关系,成为陕西区域第三方支付企业的重要组成部分。西邮寄在取得牌照的同时也存在系统老化、宣传营销推广力度不够、渠道发展缓慢、客户体验弱化、陕西省内一线城市竞争优势不足等问题。 本文以陕西邮政西邮寄预付费卡为研究对象,首先梳理了国内外第三方支付的相关理论和方法,作为本文的理论支持。其次,对西邮寄公司运营渠道进行了现场走访和问卷调查,,并对企业进行了SWOT分析。最后在SWOT分析的基础上设计了包括客户细分、价值主张、渠道通路、收入来源、关键业务、重要合作、成本结构九个构造块、一个商业模式画布及相应实施建议在内的完整的商业模式。 本文的研究对于如何解决西邮寄公司(第三方支付企业)在规范运营后进行商业模式的创新,并结合邮政企业的优势在支付和服务模式创新过程中探索新的商业模式,同时为其他支付企业提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:After 10 years of development, China's third-party payment business has exceeded trillion yuan in annual transaction scale, which has become an important part of China's financial payment system. With the introduction of the "measures for the Management of payment Services of Non-Financial institutions" and its implementation rules, A number of enterprises and units have obtained the "payment Business license", which marks that the payment industry of non-financial institutions in China has gradually entered the standardization and scale of supervision and supervision by law from the original lack of evidence. Western Mail Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd., which is wholly owned by Shaanxi Post, obtained the payment license issued by the Central Bank in June 27th 2012 and established a cooperative relationship with more than 30 large merchants. It has become an important part of the third party payment enterprises in Shaanxi region. While the western mail has obtained the license, it also has the system aging, the propaganda marketing promotion dynamics is not enough, the channel development is slow, the customer experience is weakened, Shaanxi province inside the first-line city competition advantage insufficient and so on question. This paper takes Shaanxi Post Western prepaid card as the research object, firstly combing the related theories and methods of the third party payment at home and abroad, as the theoretical support of this paper. Field visit and questionnaire survey on the operating channel of the West Mail Company, and SWOT analysis of the enterprise. Finally, based on the SWOT analysis, the author designs a design including customer segmentation, value proposition, channel access, revenue source, key business, etc. Key collaborations, cost structure, nine building blocks, a business model canvas and corresponding implementation recommendations for a complete business model. This paper studies how to solve the problem of how to solve the business model innovation of West Mail Company (third-party payment company) after regulating its operation, and explore new business model in the process of payment and service model innovation by combining the advantages of postal enterprises. At the same time for other payment enterprises to provide reference and reference.
