本体在农业知识组织中的应用研究

【摘要】：二十一世纪，随着网络的发展，各领域的信息极大丰富，但是由于网络信息资源分布性、海量性、异构性的特点，以及用户信息需求的深入和扩展，对信息质量要求的提高，并涉及到不同领域、不同组织，使得传统的知识组织在有效组织信息资源方面变得越来越困难，在这种情况下，，产生了向基于本体的知识组织发展的趋势。本体作为一种全新的知识组织理念与方法，为知识组织提供了一种有效的实现途径和解决思路。借助领域本体可以对信息资源提供具有语义的描述和组织，弥补目前知识组织中的弊端，提升了知识服务的效率和精度，为下一步的智能检索和语义推理提供良好的基础。本文的研究目的是将本体运用到农业知识组织中的相关领域，从文档和数据层面分析本体的应用。本文主要从以下两个方面进行研究论证了本体在农业知识组织应用中的具体方法：一、本体在农业知识组织库构建中的应用通过基于领域本体构建知识组织库的过程，探讨了领域本体在农业知识库构建中的具体应用过程和方法，并以具体的实例——渔业本体在知识库的构建和知识检索中的应用，直观展示了基于本体的农业知识组织的应用。二、本体在关联数据中的应用关联数据作为语义网应用的新技术，是知识组织的重要形式。本体在关联数据中的应用，主要体现在构建关联数据的关联关系和整合关联数据集方面，通过对这两个过程的介绍，结合AGROVOC的实例，进一步探讨了本体在农业相关学科领域知识组织中的对揭示语义关系，满足用户需求等方面的优势。
[Abstract]:In the 21 century, with the development of the network, the information in various fields is very rich. However, due to the characteristics of the distribution, magnanimity and heterogeneity of the network information resources, as well as the deepening and expanding of the users' information requirements, the requirements for the quality of the information are improved. It involves different fields and organizations, which makes it more and more difficult for traditional knowledge organizations to organize information resources effectively. In this case, the trend of knowledge organization based on ontology has emerged. As a new concept and method of knowledge organization, ontology provides an effective way to realize and solve knowledge organization. Domain ontology can provide semantic description and organization of information resources. It makes up for the shortcomings of knowledge organization, improves the efficiency and precision of knowledge service, and provides a good basis for the next step of intelligent retrieval and semantic reasoning. The purpose of this paper is to apply ontology to the related fields of agricultural knowledge organization. This paper analyzes the application of ontology from the aspects of document and data. This paper studies and demonstrates the specific methods of ontology in the application of agricultural knowledge organization from the following two aspects:. First, the application of ontology in the construction of agricultural knowledge organization database. Through the process of constructing knowledge organization database based on domain ontology, the concrete application process and method of domain ontology in agricultural knowledge base construction are discussed, and the application of fishery ontology in the construction of knowledge base and knowledge retrieval is taken as an example. The application of agricultural knowledge organization based on ontology is demonstrated intuitively. Application of Ontology in Relational data. As a new technology of semantic web application, relational data is an important form of knowledge organization. Through the introduction of these two processes and the example of AGROVOC, this paper further discusses the advantages of ontology in the knowledge organization of agricultural related disciplines in revealing semantic relations and meeting the needs of users.
