吉林省工业化和信息化深度融合的实现路径研究

【摘要】：信息化是当今世界发展的主要方向,是当今推动经济社会发展和转型的重要力量,是中国加速实现两化融合的必然选择,也是吉林省发展经济的必要条件。只有坚定地以信息化带动工业化,以工业化促进信息化,才能使信息化与工业化的融合更加完善。近几年来,最然国内外有很多关于信息化和工业化的研究,但主要研究关于新型工业化、工业化发展模式和信息化测评等方面,还没有对于吉林省两化深度融合路径的研究。国家提出振兴东北老工业基地,为吉林省的两化融合提供了宝贵的历史机遇。吉林省信息化和工业化的融合,要始终坚持以信息化带动工业化、用工业化促进信息化的方针,加快应用信息技术改造传统产业的程度,使实现吉林省两化融合发展更有效率。吉林省作为工业大省,不可避免会面临一些传统制造业的束缚,在两化融合的发展过程中要想突破传统思维的瓶颈,就要不断进行创新设计,为吉林省推进两化融合提供支持和保障。本文首先概述了吉林省两化融合的研究目的和意义,接着分析了国内外信息化和工业化融合的发展现状,根据吉林省信息化和工业化的发展现状,针对吉林省信息化和工业化的融合程度,首先对吉林省两化融合的发展现状进行了SWOT分析,提出吉林省目前两化融合拥有的优势、劣势,和外部影响给吉林省所带来的机会和威胁,本文根据吉林省内市区的主要经营产业的不同,对不同市区的两化融合的特殊性进行路径建议,本文选择了汽车制造产业、食品产业和旅游产业三个目前比较有发展潜力的产业进行详细分析,提出促进此行业有效进行两化融合的实用建议,从而来推动吉林省加快信息化和工业化的融合。
[Abstract]:Informatization is the main direction of the development of the world today. It is an important force to promote the economic and social development and transformation. It is the inevitable choice for China to accelerate the realization of the integration of the two policies, and is also the necessary condition for Jilin Province to develop its economy.Only by firmly driving industrialization with informationization and promoting informatization with industrialization can the integration of informatization and industrialization be more perfect.The national proposal to revitalize the northeast old industrial base provides a valuable historical opportunity for the integration of the two industries in Jilin Province.The integration of information technology and industrialization in Jilin Province should always adhere to the policy of promoting industrialization with information technology, accelerate the application of information technology to transform the traditional industry, and make the realization of the integration of the two industries of Jilin Province more efficient.Jilin Province, as a major industrial province, will inevitably face the shackles of some traditional manufacturing industries. In order to break through the bottleneck of traditional thinking in the development of the integration of the two industries, it is necessary to continuously carry out innovative design.Jilin Province to promote the integration of the two to provide support and protection.This paper first summarizes the purpose and significance of the integration of Jilin Province, then analyzes the current situation of the integration of information and industrialization at home and abroad, according to the current situation of information and industrialization in Jilin Province.In view of the degree of integration of information and industrialization in Jilin Province, firstly, the SWOT analysis is carried out on the present situation of the integration of the two industries in Jilin Province, and the advantages and disadvantages of the integration of the two kinds of transformation in Jilin Province are put forward.And the opportunities and threats that the external influence brings to Jilin Province, according to the difference of the main operating industries in the urban areas of Jilin Province, this paper makes a path suggestion on the particularity of the integration of the two cities in different urban areas, and this paper chooses the automobile manufacturing industry.The three potential industries of food industry and tourism industry are analyzed in detail, and the practical suggestions to promote the integration of the two industries are put forward to speed up the integration of information and industrialization in Jilin Province.
