中国经济信息社大数据业务的战略研究

【摘要】:大数据正开启着一次重大的时代转型。这股时代潮流背后所潜藏的,是一个无法忽略的现实:大数据已经开始向各行业渗透,并发挥愈来愈大的影响,其中就包括对数据依赖较高的经济信息产业。大数据将给企业发展带来一系列变革:包括文化颠覆与组织重构,越发重视数据拓源、数据积累、数据沉淀与数据分析,并开始以客户为中心,重新梳理企业战略、文化和组织结构。同时,传统架构的信息系统无法应对海量数据,信息系统开始升级换代。企业应以大数据为依托,加大基础数据平台的投入,配套专业团队,进一步抢抓大数据时代的战略机遇。由于体制机制等因素,刚重组起航不久的中国经济信息社,其大数据业务发展战略的推进与实施,面临着发展理念、技术研发、管理架构、信息采集、人才培养等诸多挑战。如何因势利导,针对时代潮流与企业所处产业环境的新变化,把握与识别大数据时代的发展机遇,合理规避其不足,科学应对竞争挑战,制定与中国经济信息社自身能力相匹配的大数据业务发展战略与实施策略,将中国经济信息社建设成为世界一流经济信息服务机构,是一个值得研究与思考的课题。中国经济信息社的现有产品格局——无论整体水平还是分类结构,均亟待改善。现有的100余个产品中八成是低端的信息初加工产品,即简单汇总而没有整合、分析、挖掘的初级经济信息产品。而借助数据挖掘和大数据分析模型,为用户决策和交易提供支持的金融交易终端类产品,中国经济信息社目前只有"新华08"金融信息服务平台等少数大数据业务产品,且其与路透、彭博等发达国家同类经济信息服务机构相比,在数据积累、技术平台和用户服务等方面,均有较大的差距。以上现实,无不折射出其大数据业务在战略制定、产品规划、市场策略、组织管理等方面存在的深层次问题。本文运用战略管理相关理论,实证研究中国经济信息社大数据业务发展战略的路径选择。同时,借助PEST分析与波特五力模型分析框架等工具,本文深入开展了中国经济信息社大数据业务发展战略的内外部环境分析,结合中国经济信息社当前的发展实际,给出了可供中国经济信息社选择的大数据业务的战略发展路径。同时,本文还从组织结构、市场营销、人力资源等方面,给出了中国经济信息社大数据业务发展战略的具体实施策略的建议。希望这篇论文,能够为中国经济信息社大数据业务发展战略的制定与实施,做一些有深度的探讨与分析,为业界与中国经济信息社领导层提供一份可供参考的研究资料。
[Abstract]:Big data is opening a major era of transformation. Behind this trend is a reality that cannot be ignored: big data has begun to infiltrate and play a growing role in various industries, including the economic information industry, which is highly dependent on data. Big data will bring a series of changes to the development of enterprises, including cultural subversion and organizational restructuring, increasing emphasis on data source, data accumulation, data precipitation and data analysis, and begin to reorganize enterprise strategy by focusing on customers. Culture and organizational structure At the same time, the traditional information system can not cope with massive data, the information system began to upgrade. The enterprise should take big data as the support, increase the input of the basic data platform, support the professional team, and seize the strategic opportunity in the era of big data. Due to institutional mechanism and other factors, China Economic Information Society, which has just reorganized and set sail, faces many challenges, such as development concept, technology research and development, management structure, information collection, talent training and so on, for the promotion and implementation of big data's business development strategy. In view of the trend of the times and the new changes in the industrial environment of enterprises, how to grasp and identify the opportunities for development in big data's time, to avoid their shortcomings reasonably, and to respond scientifically to the challenges of competition, It is worth studying and thinking to formulate the strategy and implementation strategy of big data's business development which matches the ability of China Economic Information Society and to build China Economic Information Society into a world-class economic information service institution. China Economic Information Society's existing product pattern-regardless of the overall level or classification structure, are in urgent need of improvement. 80% of the more than 100 existing products are low-end primary information processing products, that is, simple summary without integration, analysis, mining of primary economic information products. With the help of data mining and big data analysis model, the financial transaction terminal products that provide support for users' decision-making and transactions, the China Economic Information Society currently has only a small number of big data business products such as "Xinhua 08" financial information service platform. Compared with the similar economic information service organizations in developed countries such as Reuters and Bloomberg, there is a big gap in data accumulation, technology platform and user service. All of the above facts reflect the deep problems existing in big data's business in the aspects of strategy making, product planning, market strategy, organization and management, etc. Based on the theory of strategic management, this paper empirically studies the path choice of big data's business development strategy of China Economic Information Society. At the same time, with the help of PEST analysis and Porter's five-force model analysis framework, this paper deeply develops the internal and external environment analysis of big data's business development strategy of China Economic Information Society, and combines the current development reality of China Economic Information Society. This paper gives the strategic development path of big data's business which can be chosen by China Economic Information Society. At the same time, from the aspects of organizational structure, marketing, human resources and so on, this paper also gives the concrete implementation strategy of big data's business development strategy of China Economic Information Society. It is hoped that this paper can provide some in-depth discussion and analysis for the formulation and implementation of big data's business development strategy of China Economic Information Society, and provide a reference research material for the industry and the leadership of China Economic Information Society.
