“官助民办”技术平台商业模式演化机制研究

【摘要】："官助民办"技术平台是一种公益性与商业性相结合的准公共组织,那么在政府和市场共同驱动下其商业模式是如何形成及演化的?基于软件产业的单案例研究发现:可以借助经过改造的波斯顿矩阵将其市场细分为瘦狗业务、金牛业务、幼童业务与明星业务,"官助民办"技术平台需要从以提供准公共服务为主的单一商业模式向以提供准公共服务为基础、以提供市场化业务为发展动力的复合商业模式演化,市场渗透、市场开发、服务延伸与多元化经营等营销策略的制定与执行是推动其商业模式演化的内在机制。
[Abstract]:The "government-aided private" technology platform is a kind of quasi-public organization which combines public welfare and commercial, so how to form and evolve its business model driven by the government and the market? A single case study based on the software industry found that its market can be subdivided into thin dog business, Taurus business with the help of the modified Boston matrix. Young children business and star business, "government-aided private" technology platform needs to evolve from a single business model based on the provision of quasi-public services to a composite business model based on the provision of quasi-public services, with the development of market-oriented business as the driving force. The formulation and implementation of marketing strategies such as market penetration, market development, service extension and diversification are the internal mechanisms to promote the evolution of its business model.
