[Abstract]:The software and hardware packages developed by IT companies for the city market are changing the way the city operates. These urban operating systems, Urban OS, embody assumptions about knowledge organization structure and decision form, and discuss how to manage urban life with the concepts of "intelligent city" and "computing city".
