河北信息产业投资集团公司基层员工激励机制问题研究

【摘要】:河北信息产业投资集团公司是由河北省人民政府授权经营、由省政府国有资产监督管理委员会直接监管、省工业和信息化厅业务指导的大型国有独资公司,是河北省投融资体系重要组成部分,肩负聚合、引导社会资本的职能,推动河北省工业与信息化融合发展。而作为企业,特别是国有投资公司一切战略目标的完成都是需要通过基层员工来实施的,基层员工虽然是企业的最下层,但是也是作为地基一样存在的人群,如果地基没有打好,企业也不可能稳步发展。员工是企业的根本,是企业实现目标利润的保证,企业的成功归根到底是来自员工的努力以及通过他们努力所创造出来的业绩。因此,对基层员工制定相应的激励机制是非常必要的。随着我国的发展以及与世界经济的一体化,企业间的竞争越加激烈,,这些问题归根到底是人力资源的竞争。如何在激烈的竞争中保持不败,尽快适应市场经济发展的要求,取得较好的经济效益,这与企业员工的积极性、主动性和创造性是分不开的。因此,做好广大员工特别是基层员工的激励机制是非常重要的。 本文首先对关于员工激励机制国内外研究现状进行了探讨;其次,以激励机制的相关理论为指导,以河北信息产业投资集团公司为例对基层员工激励机制现状进行了研究;再次对河北信息产业投资集团公司基层员工激励机制的构建优化进行了详细的探讨,对基层员工激励机制需遵循的原则,及保障措施进行了详细的阐述。
[Abstract]:Hebei Information Industry Investment Group Company is a large state-owned sole proprietorship company authorized by the Hebei Provincial people's Government, directly supervised by the Provincial Government's State-owned assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and guided by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. Hebei Province is an important part of the investment and financing system, shouldering the function of aggregation, guiding social capital, and promoting the integration of industry and information in Hebei Province. As an enterprise, especially a state-owned investment company, all its strategic objectives need to be implemented through grass-roots employees. Although grass-roots employees are the lowest level of the enterprise, they are also the same people as the foundation. If the foundation is not well laid, the enterprise will not be able to develop steadily. The employee is the foundation of the enterprise and the guarantee of realizing the target profit. The success of the enterprise comes in the final analysis from the efforts of the employees and the achievement created by them. Therefore, it is very necessary to establish the corresponding incentive mechanism for the grass-roots employees. With the development of our country and the integration with the world economy, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. These problems are in the final analysis the competition of human resources. How to keep undefeated in the fierce competition, adapt to the requirements of the market economy development as soon as possible, and obtain better economic benefits is inseparable from the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the employees in the enterprise. Therefore, it is very important to do well the incentive mechanism of employees, especially grass-roots employees. This paper first discusses the current situation of the research on employee incentive mechanism at home and abroad; secondly, taking the relevant theory of incentive mechanism as the guidance, taking Hebei Information Industry Investment Group Company as an example, the paper studies the current situation of grass-roots employee incentive mechanism. Thirdly, this paper discusses in detail the construction and optimization of the incentive mechanism of the grass-roots employees of Hebei Information Industry Investment Group Company, and expounds in detail the principles and safeguard measures to be followed by the incentive mechanism of the grass-roots employees.
