协同理念下的城镇信息无障碍服务模式研究

【摘要】：城镇化和信息化协同是新四化建设的必然要求。面对城镇化、信息化并行推进过程中带来的社会公平有待改进、弱势群体权益保障不足等一系列问题和挑战,研究了城镇信息无障碍服务的服务主体、服务对象、服务内容等要素,分析了问题症结所在。基于协同理念,提出统一标准规范、共建共享无障碍信息资源、跨部门跨系统协同服务,创新城镇信息无障碍服务模式,保障和改善民生,推进城镇化建设和区域协调发展。
[Abstract]:Urbanization and information coordination is the inevitable requirement of the new four-dimensional construction. In the face of a series of problems and challenges, such as the social equity needs to be improved and the rights and interests of the vulnerable groups are not protected enough in the process of urbanization and the parallel advancement of information technology, this paper studies the main service subjects and service objects of urban information barrier-free services. Service content and other elements, analyzed the crux of the problem. Based on the concept of coordination, this paper proposes a unified standard and standard, a common building and sharing of barrier-free information resources, a cross-departmental and cross-system collaborative service, a new model of urban information barrier-free service, a guarantee and improvement of people's livelihood, and a coordinated development of urbanization and regional development.
