分享经济:逻辑、模式与边界

【摘要】：分享经济自2015年被政府写入"十三五"发展规划以来,取得了迅猛发展,也引起了业界和学界的热烈讨论。系统梳理了分享经济的近期研究成果和近年来国内外分享经济发展情况,分析了分享经济的运行逻辑、模式和边界。分享经济的运行逻辑在于借助先进技术支持的互联网平台降低交易成本,实现沟通平台双方的信息传递,完成P2P供需匹配,是一个典型的双边市场;区别于传统4种商业模式,分享经济的模式主要有P2P、B2C、C2B三种;分享经济的边界是市场交易成本高于企业内在交易成本。最后,对我国分享经济发展提出了展望。
[Abstract]:Since the government was written to the "13th Five-Year" development plan in 2015, the sharing economy has made rapid development and aroused heated discussions between the industry and the academia. It systematically combed the recent research results of the sharing economy and shared the economic development both at home and abroad in recent years, and analyzed the logic, pattern and boundary of sharing the economy. The line logic is to reduce transaction costs with the help of advanced technology on the Internet platform, realize the information transmission between the two sides of the communication platform and complete the matching of P2P supply and demand. It is a typical bilateral market. Different from the traditional 4 business models, the mode of sharing the economy is mainly P2P, B2C, and C2B, and the boundary of sharing the economy is higher than the market transaction cost. Finally, we put forward the prospect of China's sharing of economic development.
