邮储银行新宾县支行对公结算业务流程优化研究

【摘要】:近年来,国际金融行业快速发展,金融市场瞬息万变,市场竞争愈发激烈。传统的经营模式已不再适应国内各大商业银行的发展。寻求新的发展思路,研究更加高效,更加适应当今资本市场和客户多样化需求的经营方法,是在竞争中取胜的关键。公司业务是银行核心业务之一,在利润贡献度上占据着大部分份额,虽然目前零售业务被各大银行作为重点业务发展,但在未来至少三年内公司业务仍会占据银行业务不可取代的地位,得公司业务者得天下。打造高效、合规的公司业务网点,提高营业网点对公业务服务效能,是商业银行在复杂多变的市场环境下拓建自身发展空间的有效方法。业务流程在商业银行运作过程中具有至关重要的作用,业务流程的优化改革是提高银行竞争力的核心要素之一。中国邮储银行是唯一一家大型国有银行,36000个服务网点遍布城乡,其中公司业务网点近4000个,但邮储银行开展公司结算业务时间较短,在对公结算业务流程上普遍存在流程不规范、产品缺乏创新力、结算工具单一、对于目标客户针对性较差、业务办理用时过长、缺乏有效的风险控制管理体系等问题,从而造成目标客户流失。本文首先介绍了邮储银行新宾支行现状,分析了现有公司结算业务流程存在的问题及问题产生的原因。其次介绍公司业务流程优化方案设计原则、方案具体内容以及优化方案实施要点和流程优化后预期达到的效果。最后是对业务流程优化方案实施的保障措施,其中包括方案启动前准备工作,建立有效的监督管理机制,健全沟通报告机制,以及业务流程优化的风险应对措施等。本文的研究成果对于邮储银行公司业务健康快速发展、服务效率的提高,风险防控能力加强等方面具有重要的现实意义,同时对于其他银行公司业务流程的优化也具有一定借鉴作用。这次优化符合邮储银行新宾支行战略发展需要,也是提升邮储银行新宾支行公司业务服务效能的有效方式。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the international financial industry develops rapidly, the financial market changes rapidly, the market competition becomes more and more intense. The traditional business model has no longer adapted to the development of major domestic commercial banks. The key to win the competition is to seek new development ideas, to study more efficiently and to adapt to the diversified demands of the capital market and customers. Corporate business is one of the core business of banks, accounting for most of the profit contribution, although retail business has been developed as a key business by major banks. But in at least the next three years, the company business will continue to occupy an irreplaceable position in the banking sector. It is an effective method for commercial banks to build their own development space under the complex and changeable market environment to create efficient and compliant business outlets and improve the service efficiency of business outlets to the public. Business process plays an important role in the process of commercial bank operation, and the optimization and reform of business process is one of the core elements to improve the competitiveness of banks. The Postal savings Bank of China is the only large state-owned bank with 36,000 service outlets in urban and rural areas, of which nearly 4,000 are corporate outlets. However, the Postal savings Bank has a relatively short time to carry out the company's settlement business. In the public settlement business process, there are many problems, such as the process is not standardized, the product lacks innovation, the settlement tool is single, the target customer is poor, the business processing time is too long, and the effective risk control management system is lacking, and so on. This results in the loss of target customers. This paper first introduces the current situation of the new sub-branch of Postal savings Bank and analyzes the existing problems and causes of the problems. Secondly, it introduces the design principle of the business process optimization scheme, the concrete contents of the scheme, the key points of the implementation of the optimization scheme and the expected results after the process optimization. The last part is the guarantee measures for the implementation of business process optimization scheme, including the preparation work before the start of the project, the establishment of effective supervision and management mechanism, the improvement of communication and reporting mechanism, and the measures to deal with the risks of business process optimization. The research results of this paper have important practical significance for the rapid development of Postal savings Bank's business, the improvement of service efficiency and the strengthening of risk prevention and control ability. At the same time for other bank business process optimization also has certain reference function. This optimization is in line with the strategic development needs of the new sub-branch of Postal savings Bank, and is an effective way to enhance the operational service efficiency of Xinbin Branch of the Postal savings Bank.
