合肥市IT企业新生代员工工作压力管理研究

【摘要】:随着经济的快速发展和信息时代的到来,企业之间的竞争也打破了区域等的限制,导致组织间的竞争也是越来越激烈,这些激烈的竞争给组织内的成员带来了前所未有的工作压力,而过重的工作压力只会给对身体、心理乃至行为会都产生极大影响。压力处理不当不仅对员工本人有伤害,更会给企业的发展、组织绩效的提升带来负面影响。因此企业人力资源应该对压力管理重点关注并着重解决。对于IT行业来说,技术更新换代飞快并且复杂度高,技术每过五年左右就会被新技术淘汰,从事此行业的员工不可避免要面临激烈竞争。尤其是近几年,技术推陈出新的周期越来越短,新产品的诞生更是令人目不暇接,因此IT公司员工面临着非常大的工作压力。对于年轻的IT企业来说,它的成员同样也是以年轻的80、90后新生代员工居多,他们在此时开始迈入而立之年,在经济全球化进程日益加速,商业环境日趋复杂,政治、文化领域竞争异常激烈的环境中,发挥着越来越重要的作用,成为新世纪新时代的主要人力资源。而作为新时代新社会的竞争主体,新生代员工承载着巨大的来自工作、学习、生活等方面的压力,他们在给企业带来蓬勃朝气与大胆革新的的同时,由于其自身的特性也给企业对他们进行压力管理带来了挑战。本文在对合肥市IT企业新生代员工进行问卷调查和深度访谈的基础上,运用spss软件对IT企业的新生代员工的基本信息、工作压力状况、压力源及应对策略几个方面进行分析,从而发现企业在压力管理中存在的问题,在此基础上就如何加强新生代员工压力管理从组织和个人两个层面提出对策和建议。全文总共有五个部分:第一章是绪论。包括:研究的背景、目的、意义、国内外研究现状和可能的创新点。第二章是相关理论基础。主要对新生代员工、压力源、压力管理等概念进行界定,对国内外工作压力相关的管理研究进行梳理。第三章是合肥市IT企业新生代员工工作压力调查与分析。根据深度访谈和调查问卷的数据进行分析。第四章是合肥市IT企业新生代员工压力管理对策探讨。从组织和个人两个层面入手,对合肥市IT企业的压力管理提出意见建议。第五章是研究的结论与展望。论述了本研究的结论和对将来研究方向的展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the arrival of the information age, the competition among enterprises has also broken the limitation of region and so on, resulting in more and more fierce competition among organizations. These fierce competition bring unprecedented work pressure to the members of the organization, and excessive work stress will only have a great impact on the body, psychology and even behavior. Improper stress management not only hurts the employees, but also has a negative impact on the development of enterprises and the improvement of organizational performance. Therefore, the enterprise human resources should focus on stress management and focus on the solution. For IT industry, technology upgrading is fast and high complexity, technology will be eliminated every five years or so, the employees in this industry will inevitably face fierce competition. Especially in recent years, the period of technology innovation is getting shorter and shorter, the birth of new products is dizzying, so IT employees are faced with great pressure. For young IT companies, its members are also mostly the young 80,90s and the new generation of employees. At this time, they begin to enter a new era. In the process of economic globalization, the business environment is becoming increasingly complex and political. In the environment of fierce competition in the field of culture, it plays a more and more important role and becomes the main human resource in the new century and new era. As the main body of competition in the new era and new society, the new generation of employees bear enormous pressure from work, study, life and so on. They bring vitality and bold innovation to enterprises at the same time. Because of its own characteristics, it also brings challenges to the pressure management of enterprises. On the basis of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview on the new generation of employees of IT enterprises in Hefei, this paper analyzes the basic information, working stress, stressors and coping strategies of the new generation of employees in IT enterprises by using spss software. On the basis of this, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the stress management of the new generation of employees from the two aspects of organization and individual. There are five parts in this paper: the first chapter is the introduction. Including: research background, purpose, significance, domestic and foreign research status and possible innovation. The second chapter is the theoretical basis. This paper defines the concepts of new generation staff, stress source and stress management, and combs the related management research of work stress at home and abroad. The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the new generation of employees' work stress in Hefei IT enterprises. Based on the data of in-depth interviews and questionnaires. The fourth chapter is the Hefei city IT enterprise new generation staff pressure management countermeasure discussion. From the two aspects of organization and individual, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the pressure management of Hefei IT enterprises. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of the research. The conclusion of this study and the prospect of future research are discussed.
