江西电信开拓高校市场营销渠道项目风险管理研究

【摘要】:高校电信市场以其用户聚集、用户个性突出鲜明,市场容量大,市场培育度高,成长潜力大,已经成为中国电信、中国移动及中国联通三大运营商历来的兵家必争之地。面对如此竞争激烈的市场,各个运营商高校营销渠道市场深度和广度就成了关键。 本文以江西电信高校市场营销渠道为研究对象,首先针对高校市场营销渠道风险管理的研究背景及意义,参照国内外风险管理的相关文献、理论、资料进行研究。在此基础上针对江西电信开拓高校市场营销渠道项目风险识别和分析,提出江西电信开拓高校市场营销渠道项目风险管理的措施和方法,特别针对江西电信××高校的渠道项目风险前沿、热点、难点问题具体分析,提出解决电信高校渠道项目风险管理的解决办法。 目前国内针对中国电信高校市场营销渠道项目的风险管理研究课题较少,在文中更多的是提供了目前江西电信XX高校市场营销渠道项目风险管理的一些具体事例及现状,希望对省内电信运营商高校市场营销渠道项目风险管理提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:The college telecommunication market has become the military player of China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom because of its customers' agglomeration, outstanding user personality, large market capacity, high market cultivation degree and great growth potential. In the face of such a competitive market, the depth and breadth of the marketing channel of each operator has become the key. This paper takes the marketing channel of Jiangxi Telecom University as the research object. Firstly, according to the research background and significance of marketing channel risk management in colleges and universities, referring to the related literature, theory and data of risk management at home and abroad. On this basis, aiming at the risk identification and analysis of the marketing channel project of Jiangxi Telecom, the measures and methods of risk management of Jiangxi Telecom marketing channel project are put forward. Especially aiming at the risk frontier, hot spots and difficult problems of the channel projects of Jiangxi Telecom 脳 脳 Colleges and Universities, This paper puts forward a solution to the risk management of the channel project in telecom colleges and universities. At present, there are few research topics on risk management for the marketing channel project in China's telecom colleges and universities. In this paper, it provides some concrete examples and current situation of risk management of marketing channel project of Jiangxi Telecom XX University, hoping to provide some reference for the risk management of marketing channel project of telecom operators in the province.
