分享经济背景下用户参与意愿影响因素研究——以微博问答为例

【摘要】:探析分享经济背景下用户参与意愿影响因素既能为社会深入理解互联网经济形态下用户参与分享经济的动机提供理论支持,也能为互联网企业探索和开发分享经济商业模式提供参考。文章以知识技能分享领域的微博问答为例,借助质性分析软件NVivo 11,选取18名对象作为半结构化访谈样本,对获取的访谈原始资料进行分析,提炼出用户参与分享经济意愿的主要影响因素。研究发现:认知效益是最重要的影响因素,信任是最关键的影响因素,经济效益和声誉是重要的影响因素,社会效益和主观规范是较为重要的影响因素,相对不重要的影响因素是感知风险。
[Abstract]:Analyzing the influencing factors of users' willingness to participate in the context of sharing economy can provide theoretical support for the social understanding of the motivation of users' participation in sharing economy in the form of Internet economy. It can also provide a reference for Internet enterprises to explore and develop the business model of sharing economy. Taking Weibo question and answer in the field of knowledge and skill sharing as an example, with the help of qualitative analysis software Nvivo11, 18 subjects were selected as semi-structured interview samples to analyze the original interview data obtained. Abstract the main influencing factors of user's economic intention to participate in sharing. It is found that cognitive benefit is the most important factor, trust is the most important factor, economic efficiency and reputation are important factors, social benefits and subjective norms are the more important factors. The relatively unimportant influencing factor is perceived risk.
