【摘要】:近年来,通信行业处于巨大变革中,中国电信业转型战略正在全面实施。新一轮网络建设的展开,,给邮电工程行业带来了巨大的机会。作为邮电工程行业一员的南京邮电工程公司正面临的新的发展机遇。但是,随着中国电信业的转型,邮电工程企业与电信运营商的关系发生了巨大的变化,面对新的市场形势,南京邮电工程公司只有对所处内外部环境因素进行客观分析,制定合适的发展战略,才能得以良性发展。 本文在对现有国内外战略管理理论进行梳理、消化、研究的基础上,提炼出南京邮电工程公司的发展战略研究的思路。并借助文献查阅、访谈等方法,应用PEST(政治、经济、社会、技术)分析、五力模型、价值链、SWOT(优势、劣势、机会、威胁)分析等工具,结合公司的实际情况,对南京邮电工程公司战略规划中涉及到的各种因素进行梳理,制定了“成为以市场为中心,以客户为主线,优化业务结构,积极开拓优质业务;使公司成为组织合理、管理完善、关注员工与企业的共同发展,使广大员工共享企业成长的成果和利益,共同成长的,南京地区一流,省内著名,华东地区具有一定影响力,能够辐射全国重点地区的通信施工企业。”的南京邮电工程公司的总体发展战略以及发展战略的三个阶段和每个阶段的战略目标。并在此基础之上,制定了公司企业文化、品牌、营销、质量、人力资源五方面的职能战略及其实施要点,以保障南京邮电工程公司的战略实施与发展。

With the help of literature review, interview, pest (political, economic, social, technical) analysis, five-force model, value chain SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) analysis tools, combined with the actual situation of the company, This paper combs all kinds of factors involved in the strategic planning of Nanjing Post and Telecommunications Engineering Company, and formulates "to be market-oriented, to take the customer as the main line, to optimize the business structure, to actively open up high-quality business, to make the company become a reasonable organization," Perfect management, pay attention to the common development of employees and enterprises, make the majority of employees share the fruits and benefits of enterprise growth, grow together, Nanjing is the first class, the province is famous, East China has certain influence.
